Legacy Golf Resort

Pace of play exceeded 5 hours. Made the round far less enjoyable than it should have been. Otherwise, good course.

I arrived an hour early to warm up but never got a cart. And yes I asked 3p minutes later. I walked to the 1st tee box. Nice comfy carts but they need to buy more. Also course overbooked and slow pace. Other than that I loved the course layout. Fairways are friendly to push the ball towards the center.
Greens in great shape and fun. For these 2 reasons I will play again soon. Very deep bunkers but needs more sand. Houses are not close to course. Balls are included at range. Overall I really enjoyed the course layout and will play again soon.

The course played real long for women but was in good shape. Friendly staff, good food and a good value.

We came to Arizona for Spring Training and brought our clubs! I researched golf course that were nice but affordable! We scored on a Hot Deal from Golf Now and got an 8:20 am tee time! The staff was amazing, the driving range was great! We got paired with the nicest couple and had a fabulous day! The course has pretty wide open fairways, which is so nice for hitting your driver! The fairways are in excellent condition! And the greens are spectacular! There are plenty of sand traps, and even a few water holes! I was lucky enough to only get in one trap! I would definitely rank this as the highlight to our Arizona trip, and highly recommend playing this course!

Nice course with lots of variety. Pace of play was frustrating. Over 5 hours with carts! unbelievable.

Had been a few years since we had played Legacy so thought we would give it a shot. Very disappointed in the course conditions, poor pace of play and unattentive staff.

This was out first time to both Phoenix and Legacy, the course was fantastic.. beautiful location and the set up was great, we played 3 courses while in Phoenix and this was our second favorite followed closely behind the Raven. We will definitely be back to play.

My son played this course 4 times during our vacation week. I don't play, but go along for the ride. We has a great time. The people who run the course, and the people we played with were all top notch. The starters were great, and everyone we encountered were helpful. Hope to do it again next year. The Legacy is a beautiful course, well manicured and contoured greens, wide enough fairways but trouble is nearby for the errant shot. The bunkers are just and true. But a beautiful round is messed up with slow play. Every hole was a wait. Every shot was a wait. The beautiful conditions and weather made up somewhat for the delays, but in the end it needs to be addressed.

Course was in great shape and awesome shape. It was playable for a wide variety of players. Staff was very friendly and helpful

The course is beautiful and well maintained, but the foursome in front went undetected by rangers and played at a deliberate pace or were just golfers unsuited to this course. There was a good 2 hole gap in front of them by the 6th hole making our round tedious and slow. More could be done to speed the play up.
Still it was a beautiful day!

We were not greeted very nicely by the golf shop. They didn’t asked if we had been there before, and so acted like our questions were dumb.
The website didn’t explain that after the 3pm tee times the price it was only for 9 holes. We were fine with that but not having been explain on the website would be a good suggestion.
The website states a pack of three balls for club rentals were to be provided none were.

This is a beautiful, well kept course. Watch out for all the sand traps! There are a lot of them.
