Fun Golf Course
Orange Tree has always been good value for money. The layout lets you swing away and the condition of the course is pretty good.
Geese problem…
Orange Tree is a nice course, except as everywhere, Canadian geese are a real problem.
The staff was top notch, friendly and accommodating.. Yes, I would recommend this course to anyone !!
Nice Place
This was a really nice place to play. Fairways good, greens good, Orange Tree team was very nice. Cart girl and Marshall present throughout the round. Pace of play was great at 3:40 . The value was there at 65$++ thru Golf Now. I would check it out boys….
did not finish
played 11 holes
did not get to play until dark
was told carts needed to be back by 5:30 and there was also an event so 18 was u. playsble
so payed for 18 got 11- bummer!
Terrible pace of play, rude and unprofessional rangers
Teed off the first after waiting 10 min past our tee time. Immediately ran into a line of congested tee times already stacked on each other by the 2nd tee box. Pace of play never improved. One ranger in particular reprimanded a cart in our group for parking with 2 tires off the cart path (on dirt, not even fairway or grass), then proceeded to drive past the cart signs himself, violating the rule he just overreacted on us about. Later in the round the same guy told us he’d be closing the gate behind us while we were putting out on 13 at 5:17pm then all of a sudden decided not to wait for us and locked it. At this point there was enough daylight to play at least through the 17th hole. After pointing out that he blocked us off extremely early, and even told us we could continue on before changing his mind, he finally agreed and left us waiting 10 minutes to get the key to unlock the gate. Come to find out he’s a big baseball fan and had taken it upon himself to try to force everyone off the course early so that he could get off and watch the dbacks game. The pace of play was frustrating enough, but to be ordered off the course early just because a ranger wants to go home and watch baseball, after we endured poor pace of play management already, is disappointing to say the least. Wouldn’t pay $15 to play a full 18 here again.
Goose Poop Galore
Very friendly staff, layout a bit boring, course in good shape. But goose droppings on several holes really marred play. #18 green was impossible to put because of excessive droppings.
Good condition
Very wide fairways, well maintained as were the greens. Rough is a bit spotty.
