Come on Spring
Very good winter golf. Course wet from rains but not bad Pace of plZy was steady, packed with players enjoying the 60s. Our 4 some was somewhat slow with out if state visitors. Restaurant has closed and the is the reason for 3 stars. Come on spring
Great Golf Experience
Course in great shape. Shotgun start used and play moved smoothly. Hot dog special in the restaurant. If my putter had been working Theday would have been perfect. Great course
Excellent day
We had a fabulous day at Ponce de Leon golf course. Pro shop staff very friendly and accommodating . Restaurant personnel very friendly. Course was in great shape and although tough as nails it was a lot of fun. Just an overall great day.
Good times
Lots of sand and wide fairways. Excellent condition with fast greens but true.
Nice layout
Challenging but greens were way to soft even though there hasn't been rain. Pro shop lady was clueless and charged me fees and taxes even though I showed her I was I VIP and my confirmation she still charged me the fees. Nice course even so.
Short irons
Greens had a lot of patched areas and @$39 for GolfNow hot deal it was not worth it.
Though the course was in spectacular condition and the views were gorgeous, the customer service left much to be desired. We immediately felt like we were imposing on their time just by showing up. We had a set tee time and one staff member tried to send off 3 threesomes ahead of us. Fortunately, one of the other staff decided that was wrong and made sure we got on the course ahead of them. The starter then rushed us out and approached us on the turn as if we’d done something wrong. Though this is a course worthy of a second round, we probably won’t schedule one in the future.
Great course, great service
Course was in excellent condition. Staff was very friendly. Pace of play was very good. Round was completed in 3 hours and 40 minutes. I would highly recommend this course.
Hot Springs Village
Course was tough, hilly, and well kept. Played with my wife and paired with a local very nice retired couple. They gave us tips around the course and spoke well of the year around golf at the 9 Hot Sprigs Village courses. They drove their cart home.
Great Course
Diamante Country Club in Hot Springs Village is a fantastic course. It can be a beast from the tips, although it plays slightly friendlier than the scorecard yardage. The course has a lot of elevation change, although it ends up being neutral or beneficial off the tee. We played on a HOT late summer day, which I would expect to be the case through the bulk of the summer months. Due to this, the course played dry and fast. There's a great mix of holes and it's a very fair course. There aren't many (if any) blind shots and generally what you see is what you get. Overall, a great course and one I'd highly recommend.
Great Place to Play
The course was in excellent condition. Its a beautiful place to play. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pace of play was a little under 4 hours for 18 holes on a Saturday, so that's not bad at all. Love this course and would recommend this course to anyone who plays. The wide fairways and large greens are perfect for any type of player. A++ course.
Very Impressed
The course was as nice as courses costing twice as much to play. Very well manicured, greens in great condition, and lay-out very nice. Lots of traps, water in play on many holes. Pace of p!ay was steady, highly recommend. We will definitely be back
Nice course
Enjoyable course to play. I little tight in some spots but it's very playable. Well-maintained good condition course very friendly staff
Another Quality HSV golf course
Most every course played this summer in the village has shown excellent care, friendly staff and a fun golfing experience. Most rounds have had a heavy turnout to play that day making the time of play almost always 4 hrs. Sometimes others get in a hurry when there is no possibility of speeding up play or playing thru unfortunately but this can happen anywhere. Will return to play over and over.
Great Place to Play
Magellan golf course was in excellent condition. The greens were fast and flawless, and the fairways were absolutely lush. I loved the course layout and condition. The elevation changes made the course even better. I would recommend this course to anyone looking for a great place to play. It's now one of my new favorite courses.
Another HSV Winner
Solid course, the value exceeds the cost paid. All facilities in good shape. Bent grass is suffering in spots due to the heat and dryness in July but sure to be excellent soon. Not bad now! Busy course and played a bit slow due to art path only. Enjoy a round here! Will return....
