About Pacific Palms Resort
Pacific Palms Resort is billed as "LA's hilltop hideaway", the only full-service luxury golf and conference resort in Los Angeles County. The setting of the 292-room hotel and two golf courses by William F. Bell and Casey O'Callaghan is set against the San Gabriel Valley Mountains. Live music and jazz sets the mood at the Red Restaurant and Bar. The Industry Hills Golf Club's Eisenhower and Zaharias courses have been upgraded over the years with new turf and infrastructure, but their historical layouts remain unchanged.Facts

Babe course
Good course. Tight in spots. Greens were very hard and pin placements were difficult. Good course. Pace of play was 4 hours and 20 minutes on a Friday morning. Not bad at all. Has gps on cart. Would play again.
Great course overall
I’ve never played industry hills or ever reviewed a golf course since I’m pretty trash at the game, but I will say this course was fun. The greens were kept well and so were most of the fairways, though a few of them felt slightly mushy.
The view of the course was astounding and it really felt like a resort. Generally, it felt like a clean course.
The pace of play was a bit slow, but I’m not sure if that’s due to a few of the holes being cart path only or if you didn’t know/see it was cart path only, the sudden deceleration in your cart to a sloth-like crawl certainly let you know. It’s probably why the grass was so well kept. The carts having their own screen for the course overview was something I’ve never experienced. I liked it.
Overall, it was a great challenge for me to play here. I want to try Ike next.
Early morning tee time blues
Was really excited tonplay the babe course..Got a 5:30am tee time hoping to get done and have the rest of my day to so what I needed to do.. unfortunately I was told once i checked in, that early am tee times may have delays due to maintenance doing their thing.. that happened and then some.. they were moving hole locations, working on tee boxes and sprinklers were on causing some holes to have way to much water on the fairways.. finished the round in 4.5 hours and went in to see if there was anything the facility could do to reimburse or help out my underwhelming experience. Left a message for the course director but never called me back. So disappointing 😞
Ike course
always a great course .. Greens always kept up like glass .. .. always a good day playing here
Nice course but restaurant service needs improvement
Sat down for a lunch meal after our round. Our food took a very long time to get served. Our server disappeared until after we were done with our food. I asked the girl greeting customers if she could get us a refill on our ice tea. There was only a few people in the restaurant during this time. We finally got more drinks after asking 2 more times. Luckily we did not stay at the hotel because the disappointment would have been much higher.
Tee box to greens
Ike was in fantastic shape! Lush greens, well maintained fairways and great tee box conditions.
Grass is back
They seeded the rough making the course much more playable vs the patchy winter conditions. Needs sand in bunkers still
