Little Augusta!
Ok I never played Augusta but Baywood is a beautiful golf course and very challenging for mid hdcp players. The "island fairway" hole is a must see!
Great Course
Baywood Greens is an excellent course. Beautiful surroundings, challenging holes, but not impossible. Played the white tees. It was an overcast wet/windy day in March. Fairways and greens were recently aerated. Despite that, it was still enjoyable.
Disappointed Golfer
Very disappointed with golf course. Looked forward to playing this course this March. Was hoping to play this top notch course without the greens being aerated, they are scheduled to be aerated 3/6-3/9. The greens were still aerated from last fall, then after we pay, the pro shop tells us there are 3 temporary tee boxes and 1 temporary green and hole 14 island fairway closed. We were still charged the full winter rate of $59, I always liked this course but I will never be back.
Warm in February
The greens were rolling. They were racking the sand traps.... in February! One of the best to play!
Fantastic!!
Absolutely gorgeous course. The best greens I've played all year. Course is in top notch shape. I'll definitely be back.
Baywood
Course is a wonderful layout. Greens appear to have been aerated very late in the season and were awful. I’m sure this is not the case in mid season. I’d love to play it again in Mid 2023.
Punched and sandy
The course is wonderful, but the greens were recently punched and sanded, as always it was cart path only. but other than that the staff was excellent, and we had a blast!
we love this course!
Premier course.
Beautiful course, greens had been recently plugged & sanded.
Revisit
First time came back since price increase, not worth the discount price.
Great place to play golf
Great experience, everything well run and top notch.
They even have pre-loaded balls at the driving range, unlimited. Attentive staff in touch with every golfer, even had a parking space for us!
Excellent overall experience on perfectly manicured course
Extremely slow play
The course was in excellent condition but the pace of play was so slow. Our tee time was 250 and we didn’t even tee off till 315. T
Best in DE
Best public course in DE hands down. The service, food, drinks, and entire clubhouse/pro shop is top notch. To add to that, is a beautiful course that is like golfing longwood gardens. However…crappy putters beware haha the greens are immaculate but will take your score to triple digits if you’re not careful!
Pace of play was slow, with little input from rangers
