Bad greens
Nice people, decent layout, fairways were average. WORST GREENS I’VE EVER PLAYED ON.
Greens are terrible
All greens are in terrible condition. No notice was given.
Work needed
Haven’t played the course since Apr 2018. It was a fun course then and still remains a fun, challenging course. However, sometime between then and now the greens have been destroyed. I play quite a variety of courses in the area and some have courses have a tough time maintaining the greens into late summer/fall. But these are to the point that there is little to no grass. I don’t see these greens coming back without extreme intervention. Disappointing since the rest of the course seems to be in decent shape.
Greens are gone
I have played this course many times, but they have lost their greens for the rest of this year. Most of the greens have sand/dirt on them.
Course layout great. Green need some work. I believe once the greens are completed the course will be very nice to play. Still enjoyed the round
Not worth the drivecor money
All 18 greens were in horrible shape. Very disappointing, not worth the drive or $$.
Fun course
Tried this course for the first time today. Great, fun course. Condition was ok but they are replacing drainage on a few holes so those (3 holes) were less than stellar, one being closed. Fantastic staff. Will definitely be playing this course again.
Fairfield
Golf now discount to 29 a person. They charge over 40 a person here. Greens are awful. Rough, bumpy and full of sand. Some greens are closed and have temp greens. No mention of this on golf now or by staff! Green aerated, no mention as well.
3 fairways are flooded bc of no draining. Was not cart only today to clarify. It was sunny as well as days before..
No cart girl..
Oak mountain for the same money way better.
Frog for a little more better
West pines cheaper. Way better!
First-Timer down south
Decent value for the course, very friendly, helpful staff attendant. Bunkers much better than others we played last few months. Fair track, nice mix of short/long hard/easy holes. Think we will try when warmer weather here. Interesting when trees fill in, especially hole 13???
Fun course
Greens were punched but they still rolled pretty good. Some do have some fungus and leaves were a problem which I know is hard to help this time of year but you can tell that at least some of them hadn’t been blown off for a few days. The carts were awesome and helpful if you don’t know the course. The twists and turns make it challenging and fun. Grass is what I expect around here in this weather and bunkers were very well maintained.
Best in years...
Played this course several times over the past 10 years and it's in the best shape I've ever seen. Great job by the staff getting this course fixed.
Easy Course
This is a great course to play especially for the new golfer.
Great course to play
This course was easy and hard at the same time. Great layout and great greens. People in front of us where very slow looking for balls most of the time but other than that it was an awesome day of golf
Slow Play today
We teed off around 8AM as a twosome with a twosome and two foursomes in front of us - the Marshall said the foursomes were playing best ball and we would move fast, not true as we stood from the tee box and watched two groups in front of us play several times. We witnesses one player hit four balls from the same spo in the fairway. Twosome groups were not paired and the course management was poor, disappointed that the Marshall did not do a better job
Nice Course
I used to go to St Andrews a lot but the course went downhill last year so I started playing here. I like the course because it has some easy holes and some challenging ones that really make you think. If it wasn't for a couple of the greens being messed up I would give this a perfect review!
Good value
Fairways in very good shape, pace of play excellent, a few of the greens rough around edges - Overall good value
