good value
Was cart path only lots of rain the day before still fun wet shoes and all
Worth The Drive
Exceptional course with conditions that the majority of private courses could only hope to rival. Worth every bit of the 1 plus hour drive from my north florida home. I could only hope that north florida had a course like this. Thank You for a great day of golf.
Great day
Excellent conditions
Greens very nice but whew the pin placements for a Thurs were rough
Haven't been there in awhile so the bunkers were great to play out of. Not that hard compacted sorta sand from times past.
Always worth the trip from Jax, fl
Greens are in great shape!
Fast greens and open fairways! Just wish they would get a beverage cart.
Most play
Weather was outstanding. Fairways/Greens in great shape. Cart-paths could use some repairs. I’ve been playing this course about 6 times a year. Worth over an hour drive from Jacksonville, Fl
Nice day
Course tee to green excellent.
Very little water
Not too many bunkers
Greens roll true and quick. Maybe a 9
Pace of play excellent.
Best value in Southeast Georgia! Greens have good on probation but not scary. Greenspeed runs between 10 and 12. Plenty of grass in the fairways and rough. Good challenge from any set of tees. Really hard to lose a golf ball here. Played it 20 to 25 times
Great recovery
I played the lakes yesterday. I reserved my round on the golf now app as a hot deal. The deal was not the only hot thing. It was brutally hot, but their were the normal amenities to help with the heat. Water coolers were full and there is a good bit of shade.
The night before there was a storm that came through southeast Georgia with damaging winds. Due to debris on the coarse we started on the back 9. All 18 holes were pretty well cleaned by the time we got to each hole.
Pure
I normally don’t leave reviews on things. But I remember when this course pre Covid was a 1 star course, very poor maintained but This place has done a complete 360 , It’s a short easy course , no houses , FAST greens (my preference), and it’s worth the price. I feel like it’s one of the only courses in the 912 area that hasn’t lost their minds when it comes to the price to play golf ,
