Good course for the money
This is a nice little course. Some challenging holes. Nice mix of longer and short holes. Well maintained.
Great round
From Tee boxes to the greens this course was in great shape. I will definitely be back.
Nice course I started my tee off time on time, but by the time I got to the 5th hole it started to pour down rain and I didn"t get to finish and because i purchased my round on Golf Now i wasn"t able to get a rain check.
Excellent Value - simple laylout
Course looks short on the card, but if you play from gold tees, you'll have your hands full. Great price in Branson, and nice grille for food. Greens soft but plenty of grass everywhere.
GOLFERS BEWARE
Golfers beware!! I called more than a week in advance to schedule tee times for 5 people. Was told by the person taking the reservation that they would have to split up the tee times, but that after each group teed off then they could join up and play together. Called a few days later to see about changing the tee times to later and was accommodated and told the same thing by a different person, they would have to tee off separately then could get back together. Today, the group paid ($50/person, $250 total), teed off separately, then were stopped before they could complete the first hole and were told playing together was prohibited. After going back to the clubhouse to get an explanation for the confusion of being told contradictory statements, they were told that no one ever said they could play together (a lie). The clubhouse also refused to give them a refund, even though they had not even finished the first hole. We have stayed and golfed at this resort many times and have recommended it to many people, but we will never recommend this establishment again and will warn anyone we can against it. Save your time and money and go to Thousand Hills!
Great layout
Great course except for the two holes that are basically unplayable
Course conditions
The course conditions were not that good. I do acknowledge that it is wary in the season and this would definitely have some impact on the conditions.
Golf for fun
Had a great time. Course was wet when we played but in great condition
Poor conditions
Bunkers washed out fringes very poor
Greens very poor some had almost no grass
Never again
Disappointed
The course was okay but several areas were pretty rough. Pace of play was slow. Some holes were gimmicky. Won’t play again.
Dissappointed
Poor designed course. Greens were in poor shape some had tufts of grass on the fringes. Pace of play slow. Some fairways were like a pasture course. Will not play again..
Great course! Unfortunately the bar closed at 4:00 on the afternoon so at the turn we could not get drinks. Other than that, it was a great layout, and open course allowing for a great pace of play!
Poor customer service
If it wasn't for the poor customer service in the pro shop this would have been a great course to play but I'll never go back because the pro shop staff was so poor. I truthfully would never play this course again because of the bad attitude of the man working in the pro shop. Every golf outing should start with a friendly and courteous staff interaction, we played two courses in branson today and this was a harsh contrast to the first experience where we were happy to spend our money for a great golf experience. When we choose to golf at your establishment we expect to be greeted with kind and courteous treatment, which did not happen...not even close. For this reason we would not recommend this course to anyone in the branson area looking for a great overall experience.
