Great Montana Golf Experience

Double Arrow golf course is on the west side of the Bob Marshall Wilderness in a mountain, tourism town (Seeley Lake). It offers great views in a pine forest setting. The medium length (6100 yds) 18 hole course has some tight fairways, sloped greens (#1, ,#8, #12, #18) and a few tough approaches (#4, #15, #18) that present scoring challenges. The course can be wet in the spring with some bumpy greens because of the elevation (4100 ft) and long winters. It’s usually not too hard to get tee times. The clubhouse has good sandwiches and the Double Arrow Resort has good food and comfortable, affordable cabins. Overall, a great Montana golf experience on an affordable, accessible public golf course.
