Interactive touchscreen -- distances to front/back of hazards, greens, etc. Touch a spot to get other specific distances. NICE! Photo submitted by GordonATX on 11/05/2013

I never write reviews but
So I never write reviews but felt compelled to do so today. I played this course about 7-8 years ago and really enjoyed it so when I was back in town I wanted to return. Disappointed is an understatement. For the premium price I expected better course conditions. Many of the greens had dead spots and/or were extremely bumpy from poa annua. The bunkers were hard and not filled with enough sand. Pace of play is where you would expect. I should have trusted the prior reviews that had mentioned the poa annua as it was that bad. I wouldn’t return given the price.
Had a great time playing Wolfdancer for the first time, and will hopefully play again. Course was in great condition for January. Challenging layout, so think about moving up a tee. Course forces you to play every club in your bag and penalizes you for missing greens in the wrong spot. Greens are very challenging as well. It was a little cold the day I played so course was pretty open. Played in about 3:45. Might be over priced if your paying full value, but if you can catch a good hot deal it’s worth it.
Favorite Course in Austin
A bit pricey, but this is my favorite course in the Austin area that doesn't require a club membership. Almost every hole has a unique and memorable lay out that challenges your thinking and have always found it to be in good condition.
Great Resort Course, but $$$$
I enjoyed the course, excellent conditions for mid December. Not too crowded and able to play through a 5-some group. (not a fan of that many, but at least they let us play through)
Usually play white tees, but the green tee boxes were more than enough length for my typical 200 - 210 yard drives. Has a few 240 with the wind, but under 200 against it.
The course is expensive, even with some of the Golf Now discounts, but I was happy to take the trip down from Hutto to play.
Nice course
It’s a very nice course but not $168 nice.
Everyone is friendly and I’ll definitely go back but I have played nicer courses for less money
Superior Course
This is an excellent course with a great layout and different sets of tees to make it a fair challenge.
Normal rate is $140 or so, got a good GolfNow deal so it was a great value.
Only negative was some slow groups in front. Did play through one group, and still able to play under 4 hours.
It can be slow on a weekend
The course is great. The pace of play on a Sunday can be very slow.
Wolf dancer golf
Course tee boxes and greens were slow and poorly maintained. But a great course on beautiful land.
Just needs some tlc
Not worth 140$
Always Enjoyable
Love Wolfdancer. Scenery is hard to beat and the course is always in good shape. We will be back!!
