A traditional golf course in the land of faux waterfalls, shooting fountains and mountains, Las Vegas National Golf Club is actually part site of Tiger Woods' first win on the PGA Tour.
Las Vegas National was part of the rotation of the Las Vegas Invitational when Woods broke onto the Tour in 1996. Tiger actually won the Las Vegas Invitational (then a 90-hole, multi-course event) with a final round 64 on the private TPC at Summerlin track, erasing David Love III's four-stroke lead.
Average hackers will find a course with plenty of trees in the desert and five inventive par 3s that give National much of its character. This isn't desert golf. It's old school golf with palm trees and sand.
It is also very close to the Strip, just a few turns and about a 10-minute drive away. The area's built up around it with fast-food shops, but the Rat Pack era style remains alive within Las Vegas National's grounds.

They are making sure everyone is safe
From the table set outside to check in, a person to every golf cart, carts disinfectanted, staggered tee timee, and Marshall's in the course. I was worried with everything going on but was dying to golf, had a wonderful day. Course was beautiful, staff was kind, and pace if play was perfect. Can't wait to go back!
Course is in great shape. Greens are hard, but roll nice.
Really enjoyed the nostalgia
Playable course that embraces its fabulous history. The staff could not have been nicer and we were paired with some great members! We really enjoyed reading the signs about who used to own the houses! I would recommend anyone coming to Vegas play this course!

Great course
Value was great, Fairways in awesome shape As well as the greens. Staff was super friendly and the Golf boards a great experience. Would like GPS and pace of play was god slightly to the slow side. Overall great time and will play again

A throwback
Las Vegas National is as old school as it gets. It's a classic layout surrounded by vintage homes. There's nothing flashy about the layout, but it's got plenty of good holes and no bad ones.
The back nine gets more interesting with some shorter, birdie-friendly holes.
Inside the clubhouse is the Las Vegas Hall of Fame. Be sure to spend five minutes looking around. It's worth your time to soak up the history and memorabilia.

Great Day
Looked forward to playing here for the first time. Enjoyed every hole and played with 3 locals (Larry, Curley and Mo). As I played, I looked at all the homes and thought how awesome it must have been to play here back in the sixties. Back to today. Course could have used some maintenance, but did not affect our play. Greens played well. Will play again next trip. Great price on Golfnow.

Good value
Golf now prices were great for this course. Im not sure i would play at full price. Course was in good shape but greens were slow and didnt roll well. I was surprised at all the garbage they have left in the creek running through the course. Totally put me off!! Not their fault but could be their problem. Still enjoyed it for the money but know what your getting into.

Great round on a great place
We have a lot of fun playing here the staff it's really proffecional ease going and friendly, golf course it's in great playing condition, it's worth every penny we pay and more

Well, the day we played, the greens had been recently aerated , so that explained the outstanding price. Not complaining at all.. great course

6.5 hour round
Seriously, the pace of play was awful. Longest round of golf I've ever played. Very nice staff though. Also not a drop of water on the course as courtesy, which is rare in vegas in 110 degrees. Wasnt happy about that.
