Late October
Course in great condition for the time of year, greens still running well. Weather was dry but the ground was a bit wet in some areas as expected.
Wasn't sure what the course would be like this time of year but it turned out to be pleasant surprise.
Room for improvement
Tuliallan is a great course not far from the Kinkardine Bridge. Played a 3 ball and conditions where good but poor form hampered a pleasant round. Greens were very good considering the amount of rain in the previous 24 hours. Fairways were well kept and Greenkeepers clearly do a good job of keeping the course in top condition. Lovely staff and a pleasant afternoon all round
A Christmas 4some
Despite the cold icy weather, our 4 ball had a very enjoyable match at Tulliallan. Winter tees and mats used for first and last 2 holes and inside 100 yards. Tees were a bit slippy and frozen in places, but this was to be expected for the time of year. That’s my excuse for my poor driving. Greens were in great condition for the time of year and some really good holes, especially on the back nine. Very friendly staff and members, one even giving us his mat. Will definitely try and play here again.
Had been looking at this course for a while, and trust me I wasn’t disappointed. Got a nice welcome at the club shop by there member off staff,. As it was my first time playing, he proceeded to give me the low down on the course..And to my playing partner and myself we weren’t disappointed, considering the time off year the course was in great nick, ok soft in places, but it is October after all, the greens especially for this time off the year were fantastic, looking forward to returning next year, and great value for money.
Great course
Greens good, some great risk and reward holes on this course.
Great course
Very enjoyable, quite challenging on some holes, greens in good condition, great views of ochil hills. Will definitely return and would highly recommend.
First round !
Lovely lay out of the course which held together well given the heavy rain.
decent
course has great drainage and despite the fact it rained most of the game, you barely noticed it on the ground. there are a fair few fairways that are hampered by this drainage as it causes ridges in the way they have formed the layout, but because it was wet you barely noticed the difference in length of shots as there was no bounce on the softer playing area
Great Condition
This course was in excellent condition considering the amount of rain and floods Scotland had just 24 hours before. The fairways had very little wet areas on them and the greens were excellent.
The pro shop and clubhouse staff were very friendly and helpful. COVID restrictions were in place and followed.
Good condition with great pace of play
Thoroughly enjoyed the round on a good course with no two holes the same.
The course was in excellent condition given the rain that had fallen in the days prior to playing. The greens were quick and true.
Pace of play was great with no waiting on any holes. The two of us were round in around 3 hours.
The 16th hole in particular is a highlight.
Very wet
Quite a challenging course, with tight fairways, greens were great, fairways a bit tired
Greens
Total day spoiled by greens that had more sand than Portobello beach. Visitors should be warned about green conditions before handing over hard earned cash to play on diabolical greens.
Sand & Cored greens in August!!!
Get like we were playing on winter greens . Extremely poor to have heavily sanded greens at this time of year . Really spoiled the game .
