good course...a bit of a trek to get there in the middle of housing area but very nice layout and playable....did not like gas powered carts as you breathe fumes all day but other than that a good track to play

90 min frost delay so 1:48 tee time turned into teeing off at almost 3pm....course needs a cleanup day as there is trash everywhere off the sides of fairways....just papers/plastic etc.....whoever runs this place needs to do a cleanup day.....course in ok shape....nobody fixes ball marks on the greens so dont expect them to be smooth....OK if you can pay around $50 but not worth any more

very nice course...have played it approx 8x in last 6 months....always a good time....not so easy as there are many bunkers on the course so if you dont like sand you may want to check out the sister course.....Palmer......

Course is in very good shape...really nice......greens rolling true.......staff was great as i showed up a bit late and they got me right onto the tee box with a very nice 2some going out.....pace was perfect....i will be back...

lot of challenges but overall a good course to play..add it to the list

Course in very good shape....greens are a bit quick but pretty true.....I played the Faldo course last week and that also was in very good condition....both good tracks to play..........

I have played this course approx 5 times....about 5 years ago it was in real good shape now it is old and tired...looks like they are just letting it get run down...ball washers are only on every 3rd hole or so and the ones they have are old, rusty with faded old towels....golf carts are old and junky with no windshield or charger port....Course was in ok shape but this place has really gone downhill since 5 yrs ago......needs a makeover badly....it is like an old kitchen from the 70s....

Course not 100% because they had heavy rains and flooding last week but was very good anyway. pace of play excellent and greens not as smooth as could be but for late summer the course is in great shape...

Course in good shape..greens a little bit bumpy after being punched weeks ago....old ball washers and missing towels...needs upgrading...tee boxes ok...worth playing once but not on bucket list..

Checked in as a single and asked if any earlier openings as course was crowded..."No..we are full" is what i was told...as they sent out 3somes...so they lied. pace of play horrible...2 hrs. 25 mins to complete 9 holes and i quit...every hole was backed up. No ranger on the course....many wet watered/muddy spots and they were doing construction on one hole with a backhoe near cartpath....many good courses in Phx area so skip this place.....1:50 pm tee time and 4:30 after 9 holes????? totally ridiculous and staff is not concerned....3 some they paired me with stated they would never play here again!!!

course was dried out a bit as overseeding is coming up....pace of play was great..pretty light for a saturday. greens were fast but again because overseeding is next week and they are letting it dry out....

fairways are pretty wide and not much for out of bounds so keeping the ball in play is fairly easy...some holes are long though

challenging yet fair....course in good shape..pretty expensive before twilight....

I have played this course approx 13 times and they just got off cart path...in very good shape but rates have risen...try to get twilight and save money...not worth paying am rates but a good deal in mid afternoon....

I have played this course several times and has always been in good shape so i was quite disappointed when i played and many of the tee boxes were not level...this led to trying to find a place to tee the ball...i dont know what happened but it is like little earthquakes hit many of the tee boxes and pushed up the earth...dont know what could cause this but the course is doing nothing to fix it that i could see...i would recommend giving this course a rest and play elsewhere for now until they decide to put some maintenance into the course...i was surprised to see 3 employees in the clubhouse on a saturday afternoon in 108* temps with only a few players on the course...perhaps they need to hire more maintenance staff and less "door greeters"......

I have played this course many times and yesterday i was shocked to see the condition of the greens...there was NO grass on them and they were all covered in green sand....i was told at check in that "the greens are fast so be above the hole"....well try putting on glass and that is what it was like.....total joke...apparently the grass never came in on the greens so they sprayed sand the color green to make it look good....rest of the course in great shape but stay away until they get GRASS to grow on the greens.....unless you like to 3 or 4 putt every green because there is no stopping the ball..........

pace of play was excellent and the course was in great shape...fairways nice and greens a bit furry but otherwise beautiful......just came off overseeding so they need to let the greens grow...
