this course offers 3 separate 9 hole courses....one was closed for overseeding; another was cart path onlly due to recent overseeding, and the last 9 was fully open. tough to get used to the greens as the one 9 had pretty quick greens but the other one that was recently overseeded had slow greens....course is a great value when fully open and will be in great shape when overseeding season is over.

Course was in great shape and greens were nice. Although I did not score well this course is usually in very good shape and well maintained...good layout also...worth playing...

This course is fun, playable, and always in great shape..great layout and always a good time..

Course in very good shape...as usual. I have played here approx 6 times and it is always in great shape...challenging layout but fun.

I was looking forward to playing ASU Karsten because I had heard so much about it and had never played there before...i must say i was a bit disappointed....the course is par 70 and there are no par 5 holes on the front nine....to me the course was an ok layout but nothing spectacular....it was in very good shape though.....Not a track that really got me fired up but that is just me....

Many of the ball washers are either missing or broken...both of the on-course restrooms had NO soap in either the womens or mens bathrooms....lots of trash/debris throughout the course in the wash areas...not on the fairways.....did not see cart girl all during the round. There are many courses to play in the Phoenix area so go to one where they take pride in their facility......I have played here before but it seems they are really letting the place go....

very challenging course.....all the holes are different and the greens are lightning quick....great layout...course in very good shape...

I kind of expected more from a golf club that put Don Shula's name on it........the tee boxes need work/replacement......they definitely need to be cut. Overall, the course was in good condition-the greens were in very good condition.....but tee boxes were shaggy and long and the bermuda grass is garbage/

play is slow here because it gets a lot of golfers....good value, great layout and in great shape

the greens were very slow and play was slow...only got in 13 holes....nobody enforcing pace of play......

last time i played this course it was the Sanctuary golf club....since being redone and renamed it is in great shape and a great layout....wide fairways do not beat you up....will definitely play here again......
