LinRick Golf Course

Be prepared for the hidden water hazard on 16. Like to bring son-in-law from England to different course every year he comes down. We have been all over SC... LinRick has been his favorite so far!!

Linrick is a very pretty course. The fairways are good as are the greens

Enjoy playing here, I play the course atleast weekly, very well kept. Very golf friendly, fairways are open but difficult and quite challenging. Great place to play a round for the price. I would strongly recommend this course to show off to friends and family from out of town.

We like this course because it is challenging and the course is in very good condition. Except for the bunkers which hold water and not maintained. The fairways, greens and rough are well maintained. The 1st hole (par 5) allows you to bomb it to a wide fairway. Unfortunately, we got rained out on the 6th hole, but received a raincheck with no problems. Not many golfers on the course, so pace of play was good.

Linrick is really looking good from tee to green. The greens are rolling nice not too slow and not too fast. I had a very enjoyable round!

Challenging course with great layout. Elevated tee boxes and greens. Pace of play was a little slow for a Friday. Fairways were perfect. Greens were soft, some divots weren't repaired by other golfers but greens were still in great shape. Love playing this course although it's tough to score well on.

Like course a lot holes set up real well some easy and some make you make a good shotalways enjoy playing here

The maintenance staff at LinRik has done an excellent job of taking advantage of a good rainy season and keeping the fairways and greens in tip-top shape. The tee boxes were well-groomed for a public course and some young man was riding a mower with a smoothing attachment for the sand bunkers. Since they were so neat, I decided not to shoot my ball in there. Now, if there was just some way we could get the golf playing public to repair their divots on the greens!

I have played eight different courses in Columbia this summer. This was by far the best course for the price. The fairways were perfect and the green were fast. I haven't played the "high end" courses like Cobblestone or Oak Hills.

Just returned to the area after a long absence after my USC days. I didn't play a lot in school so I have been getting out and playing a few courses in the area and LinRIck did not disappoint. For the money, it is now my go-to course when I want to get out for a quick round or as an affordable yet high-quality course for when family & friends come to visit. Staff was nice, carts were in great condition (loved the on-cart ball/club washer--little things like that abound at LinRick) and the course itself was in great shape. Will be a fun course when I get to know the holes a little better, but overall - no complaints.

Great value for a fun course. The back nine are far more challenging than the front, making it a fun way to finish a round.

Some challenging holes and a bunch of interesting holes as well. One of the more interesting layouts in our area. A Muni that is famous for slow greens and they have been just that everytime I've played here. Greens roll well though not bumpy at all. Probably the best deal around in terms of avg price coupled with quality.

Several courses in the area are in terrible shape--not this one. Great fairways and greens, although the greens are a little slow.

The course was in excellent condition. Fairways were cut and rough was manageable. Greens were smooth and putted true. Normal problem with public courses with not everyone repairing ball marks on greens. Play was steady with no long waits between shots.

Course was beautiful. What you would expect on a top of the line course.

Nice layout. Woodsy with rolling terrain. Helps to see course at least once before playing it due to some blind shots.
Would play there again.

Fairways and greens are smooth and quick. Course layout constantly switches elevation and shot angles and water makes it no easier for certain holes. Beautiful course that still keeps a natural look. Be prepared to layup a good amount. Overall one of the best courses I've ever played at!
