great course
it was well kept I played by self and I had a good
Very playable
I’m about a 12 handicap and enjoyed playing this course, a good layout that isn’t to hard or easy. A few of the greens had been repaired so those were not in good shape but other then that the course was nice shape. With those greens issue I’m not sure it’s worth $50 considering all the other options around.
Wachesaw plantation
Fun course, medium challenge. Nothing funky or tricky. Enjoyable resort course. Would play it again.
Great experience
The staff were excellent, a beautiful course that would be spectacular if they didn't suffer from a little bit of winter kill on some of the greens. The grounds crew has done a great job in repairing the greens on the few holes that suffered this past winter and they rolled very well. The only complaint about the conditions was 10 th green which the staff warned me about during check in. The overall condition, beauty and challenge of the course more than made up for it, we enjoyed it so much we played again the next day. Thanks for a great golf experience.
Wachesaw rnd
Great layout very fair for average golfers would be good test from blues generous fairwaiys greens had couple issue. From winter overall excellent little slow but had lot rain needed ranger since we were 2 some behind single behind 4se from 1sy tee never let h or us go through was.very.slow will def be back enjoyed it a lot
Greens were better
Played various courses this week and the greens here were in better shape, just very slow. do no think they cut them very low due to dry weather and heat.
Always like the fact that range balls are included with the green fees.
How far have you fallen
From running an LPGA event to
Cow pasture
What the heck have they done to this gem
They have lost several greens
The fairways are being ignored
Still a sporty track, but do not waste your time
You will be disappointed

It made you think before you hit. Downside is South Carolina suffered a fairly harsh winter for the state took a sizable toll on the greens. However the course is doing a good job of compensating the distraction and maintaining the greens as best they can possibly do. I still recommend the course. William Holt
A pleasure to play
This course had many interesting and challenging holes. Generally the course and greens were in good condition despite the problems experienced in the winter. We found it difficult to come to terms with the slow pace of the greens but otherwise an enjoyable course to play. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended!
Good course with marginal greens
Both the pro shop personnel and the starter/ranger were super friendly and accommodating. The fairways were In good condition but the greens were very inconsistent. Some were pretty good but many had large bare spots or patches of dead grass. No. 10 was pretty much dirt all over. If you can get a deal give it a try but you will be quite dissatisfied if paying full price.
nice golf course
We played early in season. Still some winter damage on some of the greens but overall good for the time of year
Great course
First time playing this course. The conditions of the course were good except for three greens. Enjoyed the couple we were paired with from Montreal. Very friendly. We would play the course again!
Poor conditions
The grass on many tee boxes was not cut. Many greens had huge bare areas. Many areas of fairways were poor or even dirt. It rained 2 days ago and the bunkers were still hard-pack or hard dirt. Played 3 years ago and the course was in great shape. Something has gone wrong...a real shame.
great course, bad pace of play
pace of play succckkkeeeddddd 4:55 minutes because 2 groups ahead of us a group of ladies who hit small buckets off each tee. If they limited tee balls to 1 per person would have shaved 30+ minutes off round.
but course is so good.
Improved course conditions
Played here a few years ago and overall course conditions were fair at best. Gave it another try and was pleasantly surprised .
Upstate NY
I would warn golfers that this course has narrow fairways. Not much leeway for error. Not well marked.. pro shop, next tee. Personnel were friendly and the course was fun to play. Gave it a 3 star on my personal spreadsheet. Would play again.
elevated fairways
there were some unique holes the first green looked terrible but it rolled nice the second hole looked a little better after that the greens were great . It had a lot of elevated fairways so a ball missing the fairway would run in the woods . we got to the washroom and they were locked the starter forgot to tell us that the key was on the cart ring .again the greens were very and we enjoyed this course. I played 33 rounds on my 2 month golf trip and this would rank in the top 10
