Nice Round
Overall nice course. Couple of the greens were a little spotty. Played with my wife and a fair course for women.
Nice layout.
Awesome
We had a great time. Some greens were a little rough but will get much better with time. We’re there last year and plan on playing again.
Public with the Qualities of a private course
We played 2 rounds this week and even if It was in the afternoon the pace was excellent. Considering the season the conditions of fairways and greens were really good. For us it’s the plantation course we’ve played during our vacation in Myrtle beach.
Horrible greens
Played 5 games last week in MB. These were the worst greens by far. Course was in need of alot of tic. Also booked through Golfnow and was charged tax on tbe website and again at the course. Don't know who was at fault but better get their together. I won't be back.
Great layout run by folks without golf knowledge
The layout is great, greens were good and practice tee is good. BUT... we did not see a ranger or beverage cart for the 6 hours we were out there. Went off the back and played in 1.5 hours, then over 3.5 hours for our second nine. The starter obviously cannot balance two-tee starts. The tee boxes were driving range stall wide, the was never an option to select a side to tee off and 3 times there were trees in the direct line off the tee because the box was so tight and on the wrong side of the teeing ground. They played cart path only but the course was dry, other than holes that already had ropes, so a dumb decision that contributed to the terribly slow back nine. A real shame as the layout is terrific and challenging, just need some golf intelligence applied.
Good value and good layout. We would recommend playing this course and we look forward to returning
Excellent!
Great course. Very stttactive. Challenging but not impossible. Extremely Nice staff. Entrance off 17 not marked and easy to miss. Use GPS.
cold round in Murrells Inlet
Although it was unseasonably COLD the course was in great shape and the people I was paired with were excellent. Actually got to ride with another "New Yorker" who grew up in Manhattan, like I did! We had a lot to talk about. Didn't keep score but had a good round. Wearing all those extra clothes and gloves made for cumbersome handling of the clubs but all in all it was a good round. Wish it had been at least 10 degrees warmer! I'll play this course again. Very forgiving for the ladies.
No. 1 recommended course in the Myrtle Beach area.
Starter was a gentlemen. Checked on us twice during play.
Good day
The course was a little wet in spots as they were watering for overseeding.
Staff was extremely friendly from the bag guys, starter m pro shop & refreshment group
Great Course
Had a great day. The course was a little wet with cart paths only but the layout is very appealing. Staff is very accommodating. some tee boxes are far apart through a residential area but an enjoyable day overall.
Just OK
Staff not to friendly. Course was still soggy from rain 3 days before, poor drainage. Nothing to get excited about. Paid $55, worth maybe $35. Was scolded for taking cart to practice area, although there are parking spaces for the driving range, and the putting green. You can drive golf cart to the parking lot after your round to load your car, but evidently not to the range, which happens to be on the way to the first hole. Too many nice courses with friendly staff in the area. They should work on customer service. I happen to work at a course, and would NEVER talk to a customer like that.
