About
Hammock Creek Golf Club, a Jack Nicklaus Legacy Design, is a fabulous daily fee layout on the Treasure Coast of Florida. Opened in July of 1996, the Club has hosted several local, state, and national competitions. Featuring five sets of tees from 5,045 to 7,131 yards, the golf course is a favorite for both locals and snowbirds alike. The practice facility offers one acre of celebration turf to satisfy the most ardent game improvement golfers. The centerpiece of the Hammock Creek community though is the clubhouse, which completed an extensive renovation in October of 2020. The restaurant, verandahs, and dining deck offers breakfast and lunch daily, with a variety of daily and weekly specials to quench your thirst and satisfy your appetite.

Very nice course
Really enjoyed playing Hammock Creek. The fairways were in nice shape considering how early in the year it is. Greens were in great shape, fast and true. The one or two bunkers I entered where in nice shape with plenty of sand. The course is very playable with tees for all handicaps. I definitely will return.
Course is in good shape, somewhat forgiving
The greens were in excellent condition and just the right speed. If you are used to playing out of the sand the traps are in good shape.

Fast and true
Hammock Creek is a must play if you are staying in the Stuart / Palm City area. Staff friendly, course conditions and layout great, greens fast and true.

One of the most relaxed atmospheres ever created to enjoy a round of golf....scenic....serene....and very playable.....I definitely will be back....
SOLID GOLF COURSE
Nicklaus design though not the most difficult one I had ever played. Course was in good shape, greens rolled true, and pace of play was good. Look for a good deal on GolfNow and enjoy your day.
Good Nicklaus Layout
This was a typical Nicklaus layout with fairly wide fairways and most of the trouble around the green. Greens were in nice shape, rolled well - but had a number of ball marks. Typical of a public course. We played the gold tees (with a good bit of wind) that made it a challenge. Traps were in good shape.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would play this course again.
Nice experience
Very nice course and pro shop staff. Teed off on time and finished round in less than four hrs.
Easiest Nicklaus Course You Will Ever Play
But a fun, well maintained track. Wide fairways and very friendly staff. Fun golf experience, but not overly challenging......
Great course
Hammock Creek is my favorite course to play in the area. It’s pricer than public courses, but it has a private Country club feel. I treat myself to around here every time I come down to Florida.

comfortable for senior player
Excellent facilities, range, club house and cart loaded GPS. Five sets of tees offeringl the distance to challange every level player. Traps were well groomed but be alert to the change when in a waste area. Greens were in good shape, fairly large and quick but not gimmicked. Pace of play was good. Possibly the wind (c.10-15mph) discouraged large numbers from play? A good experience. Would beglad to play it again.
