great day with new friends
had my first round of the year at the course. We played off the white tees' and while many of the holes were not brutally long, playing to the pins with the wind up was difficult. I would say that everything about the round was great ( apart from my score) except two things. 1- the greens were good, but not the "amazing" I was lead to believe. 2- I also thought from reading somewhere that there was gps on the carts and there wasn't. for me, this made it tough as there wer a few holes, where you just didn't know how much room past a bunker you may have, or a couple of slightly blind tee shots. When a club charges you that kind of money, gps should be on the cart OR, they should just give the yardage books away. However, a great day out, super enjoyable course and yes, i"d go back and play again for sure
From Spokane
Driving rang/ practice facilities much to be desired. Great course to play, nice condition.
Great track and facility!
Really enjoyed my round here. The course has wide fairways and challenging green complexes. For me, I had no issues on the greens. I thought they rolled true, with consistent speed. I felt most holes had the perfect length....not too long that you are hitting long irons into every par 4, but not too short that you are hitting wedge into every hole. In fact, I hit every club in my bag during the round....
The staff...from the club drop area to the starter were all very friendly.
Nice to see it open again. The warm up facility was terrible. Miss the driving range.
Great time!
Outstanding course in excellent condition. Greens are true and roll nice.
Poor course conditions for summer golf
The course let the greens go prior to the aerification schedule in mid August. I would not recommend play in August.
Nice course, greens not so nice.
Overall the course was beautiful and nice to play. The Greens were not in very good shape at all. The employees told us that there was some sort of fungus on the greens and a lot of the grass was missing on the greens and not enjoyable to play on.
Top Notch
Great course! Lots of risk vs reward situations. The greens rolled beautifully. Tha fairways were like carpet. I'll definitely be playing this course again.
Excellent Course
We book our times through GolfNow.com. We played in July, in the midst of a heat wave with little monsoon rains present. The course was in excellent condition despite the weather conditions. The layout is challenging but fair. Greens rolled true and fairways were in good shape. Beware, there is no practice/warmup range, instead you hit off mats into a next about 10 yards away. Starter and on course marshals were 10's, pro shop, bag attendant, and server in the grill were 3's.
Great day of golf.
Great course, friendly starters, all around good company and great golf.
Good Value for Layout and Course Condition
The course is a nice layout, a guidebook, or something to give you direction the first time would have been helpful, the starter and player assistants were very helpful, the golf shop staff were average and really weren't that helpful, they took our money, but didn't ask if it was our first time or offer any assistance to speak of, only saw the cart girl twice in 18 holes on a hot day,
Nice Track
Course was very nice overall and well maintained. Greens were smooth and rolled nicely, however somewhat slow at about 9 on stimp. Pace was very slow at about 4.5 - 5 hrs, but for a holiday weekend morning it was expected. I would recommend this Course, very fun and enjoyable track.
Reflection Bay Review
Reflection Bay golf course is an excellent track. The course was in great condition (week of 15 May 17), the staff friendly and helpful. Will play again for sure.
But a couple of negatives:
* The tee markers (men's, ladie's, tips) were a joke. The idea of a silhouetted mountain was fine but the white ones were rusty and they looked like bronze, etc. They need to be redone for sure.
* They say practice facility but really it's a warm-up facility. The true driving range has been sold for housing and now there is large netted structure with mats. One cannot see ball flight prior to the round to make any minute correction before play.
Great Experience
I played with 3 very nice people. One was a scratch golfer and the other two were about my caliber. The golf course is beautiful and challenging with plenty of character. The winds were blowing 20 mph and then gust upward of 30 mph but it was still a very enjoyable experience. Playing it again on the 27th!
A Must Play
Great layout with a variety of challenging hole. Conditions of the course were excellent. I am glad we found a discounted rate otherwise we would have missed playing this very enjoyable and picturesque golf course.
Great Coarse ...... OK coarse
We played Reflection Bay in Las Vegas
Lay out fantastic. The few issues we in countered
Were
1. Out GPS personal distance devices did not work. My distance was 3 years old but one of our foursome had a brand new device and it picked up the corse but no distance would appear
2. No GPS yardage display in golf cart
3. At 16th hole cart began to buck and not ride smooth. At 18th we had to push it up a small hill.
4. We play 2 rounds a day. This was our PM choice. We were the last crew out and from the 15th hole we felt we were being pushed from a staff member saying behind us flashing lights on. When we started having cart issues we signaled for him to drive up to us but he remained to stay back.
Beautiful & Awesome
The course is beautiful and challenging.
The scenery is breathtaking. The condition is beyond excellent. Just looking out from the clubhouse is exciting.
The best part of this course is the staff, from the cart personnel to the General Manager they all offer the very best in customer service.
If all customer service experiences were half as good these folks, everyone would be happy and smiling.
