The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club, Orlando, Grande Lakes

I've played here many times and the course never disappoints. It's in great shape from tee to greens, the practice facility is fantastic as is the staff. It helps to have someone who knows how the course plays. The course seems very open off the tee and on most shots but as you will quickly find out, just because you are in the fairway or on/near the green does not mean you are in a good position. Would certainly recommend and I can't wait to return.

This was a great course. Was wanting to get my clubs cleaned as one would expect for a course like this but the guys when dropping the bags off never looked our way. We asked could we drive our clubs to the car it was understandable no but they did not offer to take the clubs out for us. It was about 100 degrees out. This is the only reason I rated it low in this area. I was traveling back home and had already checked out of the hotel and needed to take a shower and the shower facilities at the course was not working so they arranged a shower at the spa. Great hospitality and customer service inside the clubhouse. Around the course, concerige and cart girl was extremely nice. Overall experience was great.

It's The Ritz-Carlton! Took a little weekend getaway and stayed at The Ritz, from the time you check in to check out everything is about service! I brought my clubs since I'm a lefty and they kept them at the hotel, when I had my t-time I made a call, I was picked up dropped off at course, clubs already at course. The course was in great condition! I'm used to playing on Country Club greens which are normally fast these greens were slow but for tourist I understand. Staff was friendly, would defiantly play there again when I'm back in Orlando!

We played a fun but challenging round of golf at the Ritz-Carlton golf course in Orlando. They had sanded and aerated the greens within the last week, so the greens were bumpy, but it was still an enjoyable outing. I really came to dislike the thick St. Augustine rough - I guess I shouldn't have hit my ball in there, huh? :) Great layout, well maintained, excellent staff support - a great time I hope to repeat again when I'm in Orlando. This is a great place to play a round of golf.

Place was amazing, only $60/round, greens were punched but still rolled pretty true

Course was forgiving off the tee and yet interesting. I do wish I would have known that the greens had very recently been punched.

The course is very nice, the bunkers needs to use same sand (different textures) but overall, a great experience.

Not a taxing course yet can provide an adequate challenge if you choose the appropriate tee box for your skill level. A really classy place as you would expect. Things are a bit pricey as you would expect, but at the right price point even the cost conscious (cheap skate) can feel like they got their money's worth. Arrive early enough to take advantage of the practice facilities.

This course was in good shape and I enjoyed playing. My only issue and problem was when we wanted to repay the course that same day. They offered absolutely no discount for a replay. hey wanted to charge the same exact initial cost. I have vacationed and played MANY courses in Orlando over the years and almost always the course gives you a cheaper rate on a replay, especially when there is no one there to play in the late afternoon. I was very disappointed with that issue and doubt I will be back.

Food was not great for a Ritz Carlton. Golf staff was great and informed us about the course. Everyone greeted us everywhere we went. The Pace of play was outstanding, no waiting at all.

Played round paired with a member. He was very nice and helpful on tips where to miss, layup, etc. The course was in wonderful shape and the greens were fast and smooth! The member told me the greens stay that way pretty much year round. Unfortunately, I discovered that the bunker sand was nice and consistent throughout the course. It's a little on the pricey side, but you do have access to the practice facilities all day. I couldn't afford to play there daily or even weekly, but it was well worth a splurge especially if you're on vacation. *Tip: booking through Golf Now was significantly cheaper (depending on the time) versus through their pro shop.

Course is in fantastic condition, the greens were quick but not overly fast, it is the 3rd time I have played here and it has never disappointed. Would definitely play here again as long as I had a deal from golfnow to teetimesUSA as the regular price of $235 is way to much in my opinion.

Course is in great condition, very well maintained, Greens were fast. Pace of play was very slow even for a resort style course. No marshal to move 2 slow groups along, I would share this feedback with course. I will also definitely play there again

We enjoyed the layout at the Ritz-Carlton, although we found the par 3s rather ordinary. The greens were slick and in good shape. Overall, we thought that G. Norman had (as usual) overdone the bunker thing, although there's no denying that they do add definition and beauty.

The course as a jice layout, but is really dry, missing sone raining. Green are ok but dry and very fast
