Great par 3
Wanted to get some quick practice. This course fit the bill. Pristine short course. No delays. No issues except for no signage snowing where the next tee box was. Staff is very friendly.
Fun little course!
Longest holes are only 150 yards but the greens are quite challenging. A good tune up for your short game
Fun par3 course. Greens are tricky and in good shape. No place to really warm up, but a great deal for the price. Quick round that still challenges your club selection and putting skills.
Great par 3 course
My wife and I played this course on a windy Thursday evening at 4pm and we liked everything about the course, friendly and pleasant staff , course layout with beautiful surroundings and enough sand and water traps to make it difficult for an average player. Walking only is an added bonus to get some exercise on your vacation!
We enjoyed our round and we will definitely return with our family and friends.
Outstanding Par 3
This course is one of the best maintained in the Coachella Valley. The greens are outstanding every time I play here. The value for the fee is also outstanding.
I plan to come back to this course again and I highly recommend it to others.
Great little course. The grounds are immaculate and the course is a good challenge.
Fun course for couples who love the views as well as the golf
Palm Royale is our “go to” course for a late afternoon of fun but also challenging ( the water!) golf.
Slow moving day of golf that degraded the experience
This course sold too many tee times and it was way toooo sloooow. Waited at every tee for 5 minutes, hard to keep a rhythm
Beautiful little course, but very short.
You can play all 18 holes in about 2 hours if the pace of play is good. Not only are all holes par 3's, but most are very short. There are plenty of traps to make it tougher. It's a fun little course to work on your more lofted irons.
Well deserved reputation for excellence
It’s often said that this is the area’s best short course and that certainly true. Challenging terrain, hazards and varying distances make this course a delight. Excellent conditions plus beautiful surroundings. Helpful staff, too. A real winner if you are after a good short course.
Good mix of easy and somewhat challenging holes that require forced carries over water. Course was in good condition and the greens were fast and often undulating. A good time.
I've played this course twice this week when regularly scheduled rounds were cancelled due to recent flooding. The course is gorgeous and in pristine condition.
My only concern (keeping this at 4 stars) is that I wish there were some longer holes between 170-200 yards mixed with all the others around 100.
Great Par 3
The course was in perfect shape. The holes were very picturesque surrounded by mountains. There are many water features and sand traps but it is still a great place for practicing your short game.
Since the holes are all par 3, you have to expect to wait until the prior group clears the green. It was such a beautiful day wen we played that the waiting did not bother us and we were not in a hurry.
Fun par 3 course
This is a fun course with plenty of challenges. Pace of play is fine, and the folks who play here frequently are very friendly and are happy to help you with reading the greens. If you only have a couple of hours to play, you won’t be disappointed.
Very nice short course
It was better than I expected. Very nicely laced out in nice community, challenging short course, worth a try
A nice par 3
I've played this course many times and I always enjoy it. It's always in great shape and a nice walk.
