Tuscany Falls at PebbleCreek - East Course

My son and I had a great time golfing. I am not sure why the course was so empty. They did not have a cart girl which made it difficult to have a cold drink. The course was in good condition and the staff was really helpful. This was a super great deal for the course.

99.5 % of the players here appear to be residents of the community.
For that reason visitors are...tolerated !
Ranger very sympathetic at the beginning,

for the 1st TEE,
the 10th TEE,
and the return after the 18th !!!
Course OK, no frills, no thrills.

We loved the course. We had a great experience on the course.

The course was in great shape. Greens started off slow so we could attack the pins. One issue we had was the foursome in front of us was playing from the tips and were playing from the desert almost the whole round which slowed us up. The only other issue is there is no service on the course.

Very challenging and enjoyable course. Staff was friendly and the course and greens were in excellent shape. I highly recommend playing here.

Although the course was in good shape it didn't stand out from others that we have played. Well manicured and dressed, facilities well looked after but average. The course was busy so bunching was normal at all par 3's

Good value. There is well placed water that comes into play with the AZ role.

I'm a big fan of Pebble Creek. Typically play here about once a month. I've always found the course conditions to be good to excellent. I marked "good" this time because there didn't seem to be enough sand in the traps.
You'll probably want to play from the blues because it's not all that long. But it does have it's share of hazards including some water carry to make it interesting.

Fun course in good condition. The greens on the course were good - better than the practice green and were of moderate speed. We played the Lakes / Falls combination.There was more variety on the Lakes with regards to hole length. The Falls, while fun, is short and pretty forgiving. All in all a good experience.

One quick note: At 4:15 the marshal told our foursome that the carts had to be in by 5 PM. - Sunset was at 6 PM. It would have been nice to have been told that prior to teeing off. We thought our tee time of 1:14 would have given us ample time to finish 18 holes. The 5 pm deadline on the carts made it difficult.

Great value for the money. I will play there again.

Fairly descent course,walking or riding...Recommend to all levals of players

Course was near-perfect conditions and very well maintained, got a great deal on Golfnow, otherwise couldn't afford the 'winter rates'. Would love to play here every weekend, GREAT practice facilities too. Very lush fairways and greens held and rolled wonderfully, highly recommend this hidden treasure! Tough par 3's, great varying par 4's and beautiful scenery to boot!

Course was in good shape the day before going into overseed. Played the lakes course in 1.45 hour and then made the turn to falls course....drove up to the tee box and it looked like a parking lot with locals residents. We had to get in line behind 2 group plus two more was in the fairway. The locals have a 3 pm special. Over twenty minutes later we tee off and that was the pace for the rest of the round.

Course was closing for 3 weeks foe reseeding. Even with that the fairways were good and the greens were great. Very friendly staff and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed the 18 holes.

Did the Falls and the Palms courses. The Fairways are very forgiving however, the water hazards are not. Course was very well maintained and staff friendly.

Plays the Falls and Palms. The greens were fast but he fairways were good. The course is beginning to show the over-seeding prep work (reduction in watering). Over-all I will be back later this year. The only thing I might mention is walking the course would be an excellent work-out. There are a number of holes its about 2-300 yds green to next tee box.

This course is unusual in that they are using plenty of water to maintain great conditions. Tees, fairways, and greens are excellent. It is not easy to find the first tees on the 3 9 hole courses but we were able to eventually. Pace of play was excellent and we really didn't see anyone until the 15th hole.

It was almost like we had the course to ourselves. We played at our own pace, and enjoyed the course and the views. We would play the course again, but only after playing other interesting courses in the area.
