Conveniently located less than 20 minutes from Walt Disney World, Kissimmee Golf Club provides a pleasant escape for tourists looking for an affordable round of golf. Although it is situated near several tourist attractions, the golf course is also a favorite among local golfers. The course dates back to the early 1940's, but 18 holes were officially established in 1962 and since then, the tees and greens have been updated to provide better putting surfaces and more challenges. In addition to the golf course, Kissimmee Golf Club offers practice facilities for golfers to use, including one of the largest grass driving ranges in the country.

A good day
Had a rough day, but it wasn't because of the course, it was built in 1962 and is an example of the courses they built back then.
Enjoyed the round, pace of play was terrific, and the course was in fair condition.
Good course for the money. I won't be playing it again but I live to far, if I lived close by I'd play it all the time.
Fun with airplanes too
My wife and I had a fun time, we play at a good pace and never waited on all 18 holes. Airplanes ,many vintage WWII fighters took off and landed right next to the course. If aircraft noise bothers you this course is not for you.For us it was an added attraction as we both like watching take offs and landings. We enjoyed our round and will come back on our next trip to Orlando.
Great course!
My wife and I played this course and really enjoyed it. It was in great condition even with the dry conditions in Orlando. Greens were immaculate and fairways well grassed and green. Best value of the four courses we played. We will be back!
Much improved
Played the course back in February and the fairways were a little thin with grass. Greens were good. Played there in May and there are a lot of improvements in the fairways. Not great but much better. The greens were in good shape ball rolled nicely but were a bit slow. All in all it was a good day and the improvements were good to see. Pace of play was not a big factor because the course was not very busy that day.
Great Afternoon Round
With the ease we had in finding the course after not having played for some years coupled with the welcome we received, Kissimmee started well and didn't disappoint at all. The fairways, considering the drought conditions Florida is experiencing, were in really good shape and the greens were fair and true. All in all a great round and would recommend to anyone wanting a guaranteed quality round of golf.
Enjoyed the airport activities
Course has some great challenging holes with water, doglegs, and sand traps. Greens were cut long on front and shorter on back nine. Sand traps were hard. They may have been dressing the greens and didn't have time to do the sand traps but our tee time was mid morning.
Over all a good course for the money.
Anyone Seen The Marshal?
Goat track! If you just want to hit some balls I'd suggest going to the range instead of playing this course. Apparently they don't know how to water the course. Cute how they sprayed the greens to give the allusion of green. Don't waste your time.
I liked it...
Nice course, different layout to many with some par 4 dog-legs so you have to think about what club to use off tee.
I'm sure I'll score better now I know the course a bit! Greens in good condition but slow. Fairways well grassed.
Some water and tree lined. If you don't mind the odd plane taking off on runway next door or the occasional train going by then I highly recommend this course.
Quick 18 hole round
We arrived for our round of golf and we were sent out as we arrived, approx 10 mins before our tee time. There were only 2 of us in our group and there were a couple of other groups throughout the course, and once we caught up to a foursome we passed through right away. Took less than 3 hours to get around the course. Club house was nothing extraordinary but equipped with what you need. You could access a couple of vending machines 5 times for cold drinks. Fairways were good considering the drought ongoing in Orlando with a couple of rough spots. Greens were painted a dark green and with the exception of 2, they were soft and in very good shape. The paint made for easy identification from any part of the hole. Overall a good morning of golf for a great price ($25 w/ cart) and I would recommend this course to a friend!
Course was in fair condition given the lack of rain recently. Enjoyed the layout and would play again.
Great course
It was our 6 round of golf in Orlando and most of the courses had been very dry with no grass or brown grass. The weather has beboere very hot and no Rain for a long time. We were therefore supprised to se a golf course with fairly green fairways and very good greens. Interresting layout and not many players. Our round took only 3 hours
Off the beaten path
Main complaint was that I was a single and showed up before my tee time by about 30 minutes and was on the number one tee for about 15 to 20 minutes amongst a group who were having a tournament. Finally the starter showed up after I had hit my tee shot down the right center and he proceeded to tell me I could not play and interrupt the flow of the tourney members. I had to pick up and go off the tenth tee by myself again. I was finally paired up with a couple of gentlemen at the 11th tee my round with them
Good course for all levels
I've played here before and like the layout around the airport. There are no houses anywhere which is unusual for Florida. Good variety of holes. The course is suffering like all the rest of Florida courses from the lack of any rain, yet the greens held OK. The tee boxes and the fairways are ok, but they are hard as a rock. Like most of the courses in this area the ball can roll an unexpected distance, 10 yards off line could turn into 20 or more. I played at noon, there was no starter so I joined another single. Play was extremely slow, 5 hours. This was by far the worst pace of play I've ever experienced here. Check in is always extremely slow. Plan to arrive a little early. Definitely will be back.
