I have played 35 courses in 4 states in the last 6 months. My first review.
This is the worse course of all time. Very rude staff, forced me to share cart. When I refused he stated I will not give you a cart.
The conditions were beyond poor. If I could give a zero I would have. I would not play this course for free. IT is that bad. Couple with the extremely rude staff all I can say is do not expect much.

So disappointed in the course conditions. Pulling in the landscape was unkempt at first impression would be oh no what am I getting into.

The overall course condition was deplorable for this once great facility that bustled with activity a few short years ago. The roughs weren't cut the fairways were sub par and the greens needed someone who knows what they're doing to mow and treat them.

Staff was very polite.

Extremely Disappointed!!

Very, very sad. This was, at one point, a beautiful course. Course conditions this afternoon were borderline unplayable. The fairways consisted of no less than six different species of grass, none of which was golf course grade Bermuda grass. Course drainage is virtually nonexistent, with large puddles of standing water on it least six of the nine holes that I played. The greens were burnt and uneven. The level of concern shown for this course can be seen in the parking lot, where grass and weeds have been allowed to grow through every crack in the sidewalk. A course in this condition should be closed down and someone with some concern should come in and buy this course and turn it back into the gym it used to be

The course was in bad conditions. It was very muddy and poorly maintained .

I tried to play this course several times. I had recently worst score. However, I thought I will try to challenge next time to improve my score. Anyway, I'm very interested this course.

This course makes you work for par. You choose the wrong clubs and you'll be adding a couple strokes to your scorecard. If you enjoy a challenge then you'll enjoy this course.

The staff or owners are really improving the course. For awhile it was horrendous. I will go back. It continues to improve. Great job.

This course is great but a lot of water
This is a very challenging course

The greens on the first nine were covered with debris and were very difficult to putt on. The course had an enormous amount of weeds and the rough was extremely long.

Challenging course. Rough was really rough. Fairways a bit rough too. Greens fast hard and Bumpy. It won't be on the top of my list.

This course is somewhat challenging, greens and fairways are good. This course will make you think through your shots. If you are a hacker like me, bring plenty of balls, lol.

It's a tough course The Tee boxes and greens aren't great. But it's usually one of the least expensive courses and in a nice community. It's worth the 13-23 you will spend for sure

While the clubhouse and staff were excellent, I cannot remember seeing a course in this bad of shape. Other reviews state that the conditions are better than they were and if so, I would hate to have seen it before. You could not determine what was fairway and what was rough. The grass was anywhere from 6" to 12" high in both the fairway and the rough and the sand traps had weeds growing in them. The greens were the best part of the course, but if they killed the weeds on the greens, then there would be big holes where the weeds had been.

My son said that he was embarrassed to been seen playing the course.

We quit after 9 holes and I would recommend that you not play this course until they have done some serious, serious maintenance.

Had high hopes playing this course but was extremely disappointed. No fairway grass to speak of. Like hitting off of a concrete floor. Sand traps overgrown with grass. Will not return.

The course is in terrible shap. The greens are hard and thin. The fairways have almost no grass, can't get a decent lie anywhere. The sand traps have little to no sand in them. The tee boxes have no grass at all and are so hard that getting a tee in was almost impossible. This course use to be in good shape in the past years, How could they let it go to this extream.

I think I have now found the worst course in the Orlando area. I think I had two shot the entire day where I had grass under my ball. The course is in terrible shape in all areas but the greens, which in fairness were decent.

The course is in pretty rough condition. Fairways were not adequately maintained. The course actually takes away from the neighborhood it's located in.

This course is a very tough layout for a high handicap golfer. There is a lot of water and blind hazards. Long second shots seem to be the key here as many holes are not driver friendly due to doglegs or water. I did enjoy seeing many deer on the course that seem to unafraid of the golfers. The greens were in excellent shape for this time of year. The fairways and first cut of rough could definitely stand some improvement.

The greens were in good shape but wet. And the fairways are getting better. The course is challenging and worth the trip.

The course had improved significantly from a year ago. The greens had almost no bare spots and were fairly smooth. The fairways and tee boxes had few bad spots, but there were still weeds. If they continue to work on the course, it could be great.
The other change was that they added a tee box(white) that is about 5900 yds and rated about 125. This made the course playable for older and higher handicap players. One should always check the water hazard intrusion into the fairways as they are not always obvious.
