1757 Golf Club
About
Located just a few minutes from Washington Dulles International Airport, 1757 Golf Club is one of northern Virginia's most popular courses. The name comes from the same year that Loudoun County was founded. The golf course is definitely a shot-maker's layout with a diverse terrain that has elevation changes up to 30 feet. There are several risk-reward opportunities as well. Well positioned tee shots will be generously rewarded with accessible approach shots but if you're errant, you'll have to deal with a tough recovery. The golf course is fairly tight so accuracy is a necessity. There are also water hazards on 14 holes and the rough can also be punishing. 1757 Golf Club finishes with an intimidating par 3 that plays over water to a shallow green. You'll need a bold stroke to avoid a watery grave.

Lots of Water and Sand Traps
Beautiful layout. Lots of water and bunkers. Course management is key.
Always good conditions.
Very fair, enjoyable course. Always in good shape. A bit pricey at $90.
Greens
Greens are little dry. A little bumpie as you put over dry areas
Combo tees needed
Enjoyed my round today with my three male friends BUT It would be great if there was a blended Red/White combo on the score card for women. Having played here a few times before, today I made my own combo tees. Before teeing off, I circled nine Red and 9 White holes on my scorecard. It would be great if it was sloped and rated for me so I didn’t have to do all the calculations before I posted.
Great Outing
Really enjoyed playing this attractive, well maintained, challenging course. I expect to one back again soon. I highly recommend it.
Pace of Play
Pace of Play ruined the entire round. There’s nobody out here from the clubhouse enforcing pace of play rules. Took 3 hours to get through 9 holes, and I had to leave even though I paid for 18. Horrible coordination and scheduling.
1757 Golf Club
First time playing course and had a wonderful day playing in the rain.Water on sixteen holes but plenty of room to work the ball into the fairway. If you are walking some holes are a good distance apart. Will be back when the sun is out.
Retsaurant GM
The course and the overall experience was very good. Hard to offer a complete review given the circumstances of COVID-19, but in our new normal I can say that everything was on par...no pun intended. As a guest relations professional, I will say the young lady behing the counter in the proshop appeared to be having a less than stellar day. Her shortcommings however, were overshadowed by a gentleman who came out of the office and went went above and beyond to offer his assistance. His caring nature and attention saved the overall experience for me.
Great course
I highly recommend this course good condition, if I nick pick the fairways are the only thing that may need work but that is really being critical.i would play this again without a doubt
Great Day
1757 offers plenty of challenge for all levels of golf. You have to play smart to score well. The course in in very good condition for this time of year and the play due to COVID 19.
Still a great course
My only complaint was that I spoke to the starter and he didn’t acknowledge my salutation. It’s was as though he thought I didn’t belong there. Good thing that didn’t influence my game. The greens were in excellent condition as were the fairways
The Course is Maintained in Excellent Condition
Every part of the course was very well maintained and well marked. The walkers making the turn back things up a bit as it is a long walk from the 9th Green to the 10th Tee Box. The staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent practice facilities for all parts of the game. Worth the drive from Montgomery County, MD and very thankful to be able to play.
