Twin Lakes Golf Course
About
Twin Lakes Golf Resort in South Okanagan is situated in a beautiful valley surrounded by towering mountains covered with forests of firs and pines. It's part of the Okanagan Golf Trail, a group of courses in the Penticton, Oliver, and Summerland areas that each offers a diverse terrain and unique playing experience. The golf course full utilizes the dramatically undulating terrain, incorporating elevated tees, rolling fairways and sloped greens. The lofty elevations also provide stunning views across the rugged landscape. The seventh is the toughest hole with a large sand trap combined with a narrowed fairway. As far as difficulty goes, it's followed by the equally tricky 16th hole, which has a lengthy sand trap that spans almost the entire left side of the golf course. In addition to the golf course, Twin Lakes also has a short-game practice area with chipping and putting greens as well as a riving range.

I love playing here as it is a great course in all aspects but when we came in after the ninth hole the concession building was closed so we had to go to the RV park to find a bathroom. Plus we were really hungry and couldn’t find anything to eat.
Not worth it
The front 9 especially was in really bad shape, it was hard to find a level spot on the tee box the cart paths were mostly gravel and very rough when there was a cart path. The 2nd cut was mostly weeds and dirt. The 2nd 9 seemed newer and was in better shape but after the first 9 it was too late to change impressions
Beautiful but be careful!!
We were greeted by a very friendly staff both in the restaurant and pro shop. Course was awesome but not easy. Challenging g but fun. Can’t wait to do it again. Kudos to Hyde Mountain and Golfnow
Fun track
Played here for the first time. Staff was great. Course has great variety of holes. Is really enjoyable for all levels of golfers. Will definitely get back to this course. We really enjoyed ourselves. Greens were in fantastic shape.
Great golf day!
Course was in great condition given the time of year and water issues that the area has had! Pace of play was outstanding...got out early with no one in front or behind us!
Great course
This is a very forgiving course for the most part, great for beginners, it is a lot of fun to play with some challenging holes, especially 11,and 12. There is no active Resturant or cart wagon which is the only negative that I can say. They have a sandwich bar at the club house. The staff are very friendly and the course has been in excellent condition.
Give it a whirl...!
Great course and conditions coupled with some very interesting holes. The first hole is quite intimidating but more room on the fairway than you think. Hit it straight on #12, trouble is lurking everywhere..!
First time we played here and we are glad we did. Had a great day.
Pro shop not friendly but not what golf is
Had a poor greeting from pro shop but enjoyed my round, Got an ace on 13th :) . On 16th people came onto the course from the houses to play a couple of holes and take pictures? However, got my ace so covers all negatives.
great course
very dry summer so lots of brown areas, but
still in good shape.
Huge Bang for you Buck!
The "Hot Deal" through Golf Now at $14 per round including a cart is a fantastic deal for a full size course. Located at a higher elevation, Twin Lakes is cooler and smoke free with a nice breeze.
Affordable
very affordable! My wife and I teed off at 3:10 and were done before 7pm. We were never rushed and only caught up to a few people near the eighteenth, very hot with no wind and quite a bit of smoke from nearby forest fire. Other than the smoke, course was in pretty good shape but the greens are very slow, probably because of the extended dry spell we have had this summer. We stayed at the Twin Lakes RV resort which made it really handy to play and stay.
Challenging Course, but well worth it
The scenery around this course is beautiful! Some of the holes are a bit challenging, but there are some that are easier so it balances out. The staff were very helpful and friendly. So worth our drive! We will definitely be back!
Beautiful setting. The pace of play was fantastic. Great day on the course!
Awesome day of golf!
Had the opportunity to go on as a single - no one behind - a fast paced threesome ahead and the chance to play two balls and practice! Was a perfect day of golf and managed break 100!
Love twin lakes
Great course. Always fun. The wife loves it which means I get to play all I want !!!
fun course great value
Green where it should be.Good water conservation in the desert.Good greens and fairways. Not as green as other courses in the area but in good shape at a fraction of the cost. You can play here 3 to 8 times for the same price as playing once at other courses in the valley with similar challenge.
Twin lakes
While the drive was great and staff very friendly the course condition was not up to standard of the area.
