The Good, the bad and the Ugly
I think this course is well laid out. The holes present a good challenge and challenge your skill level. It is a great course for long drivers. It is unfortunate that they do not have a sprinkling system as it would take the course to a much higher level. Even if they did the greens and T-boxes, it would make it much more enjoyable.
The fairways are like concrete. You definitely need to adjust to this course but even dropping a nice gap wedge onto the green 1 foot from the hole, it bounced and rolled 10 feet away because it is so hard. All in all a good experience and I would go again, but prefer to play using the discounts as paying full price is too high because of how hard the surfaces are.
Good Course -- but Carts Need Work
Enjoyed a good round here. Green fees are good but the cart rental price (almost $40 for nine holes!) is definitely steep, especially given the reality that the carts are old and not particularly well maintained (dirty, for instance). If you can put all that behind you, you'll enjoy the course itself which is well maintained and fun to play. Some holes are WIDE and long, others can be quite narrow, with a couple holes that are very short. Good opportunity to use all your clubs.
Great for the conditions and the cost
Greens in great shape considering the dry conditions
Considering cost, a very good deal
Enjoyed Very Much
Quite enjoyable to play. Laid out nicely. The fairways were quite playable and didn't lose balls. Have a membership at a closer course, but would consider a membership here if it was closer to home.
Never Again
This course goes on my DNPA List. Do Not Play Again. I play many courses in Ontario and rate them . This one is an embarrassment to golf. Arrived at the course and the starter is so disorganized, no one was going out at their proper Tee Time. Tee Times are booked 3 mins apart, then 5 mins apart. An ok course for people learning the game.
