Sieverville
Overall great course. Very we'll maintained as the maintenance crew was visable throughout the round.
love this course.
love this course.I It is beautiful and challenging and a we're able to get in at a reasonable price using golf now. Make sure you have plenty of balls because there is water everywhere. It is as well groomed as some of the top courses I've played at the beach. It's tough to get a bad lie (unless you deserve one).
The grill is awesome as well, good food friendly staff.
This course was in great shape
Being a second year golfer and playing about 12 different courses so far I really enjoyed this course. It was challenging but not over difficult for a second year player. I have played one other course so far that ranks with this course and that was Victoria National in Southern Indiana.
Great course good challenge
Played eighteen after receiving a rain check for lightning the day before.... There is a lot of water around the course and holes 11 to 14 have some elevation changes that can cause problems.... Staff was very friendly.... would definitely recommend this course if in the Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg Tenn area
Nice course.
It was cart path only since they had a wet night before we played. This was the first time we played the river course since they made some changes to the course. It is a bit long for older women but in great shape. It was pretty busy but as a pair were able to play through a couple of four somes. On the back we came up to a five some who we waited behind from number 9 to finish. The cart girl asked us if we were waiting every hole and we told her we were. She said she would send someone out but we never saw anyone. I find this to be the case even at nice courses these days.
Excellent Golf
Excellent course and facilities. The staff is super. Played the Highlands course, it's about 600 yards shorter than the River Course but very challenging. We enjoy both of the courses at Sevierville Golf Club. It's a great place to play!
This course is in excellent condition.
Loved it. Fairway and greens were in excellent conditions.
Great Track!
Course was great. The fairways on a couple holes were in rough shape but the staff was out there working hard so I know it'll come around soon. Definitely worth playing.
A Great Round at The River
The River course at Sevierville Golf Club is always challenging. Most greens are tricky, so it helps to play here several times to be able to read them. Today several pins were cut right at the top of a peak, which means that your putt was either in the cup or rolled a mile past it. The greens have healed nicely since they were punched a few weeks ago.
Considering that this course is owned and operated by the city of Sevierville, it is a great facility and fun and convenient to play.
Good layout with some variety between holes.
The greens had just recently been aerated and were not in condition for putting. They should have listed a warning of this with Golf Now. It would be a good idea to call the course and ask about this before going next time.
Good course
Good course, but the greens were aerated about a week ago, so the greens are a little bumpy. There could be better hazard marking on some of the holes with water because there were a couple of holes where the water was in play that we couldn't see. Overall in good condition and great staff.
Nice complement to highlands course
You should play both river and highlands course when playing here.
Well kept and very friendly staff
Highly recommended. Beautiful views of the mountains and a very well maintained course.
Nice course
Golf course layout is great! I had played there when it was eagles landing so it was great to play some of the old wholes on the new course. My only complaint was there was no notification when I booked that the greens had been areorated which made putting not good and made my round not as pleasant, that's something the courses should have been upfront about. I will play it again when the greens are better
Nice course
Very nice course in good condition, very friendly staff will play again.
Challenging & great course conditions.
Played 5-16-14 & 5-17-14 here. Top notch course conditions and good price - thanks to Hot Deal on GolfNow.com. Helpful, friendly staff. Very enjoyable course to play.
The friendliness of the Starter was wonderful.
Nice course....very friendly staff. The greens were very fast.
Great deal for a nice course
I had not played course since the old days as "Eagles Landing". The course was enjoyable as played from the 6000 yard green (middle) tees--not too hard, but still tough if balls are sprayed off line. A few hilly holes, but, overall fairly flat. Greens were in great shape, as well as tees and fairways--rough challenging in spots, but not overly bad, except for way off-line shots in the high grasses. Was a decent value, although if not a resident, fees could be high unless using the special deals. Will play again on next visit to area.
TOP NOTCH
