Cobtree Manor Park Golf Course

Always a good place to play if ur looking for a round under 4 hours friendly staff and members being winter I have to credit the groundsman for keeping the greens in top shape and making all 18 holes in play no temp greens. I much prefer the winter tee boxes here also flat and soft area's to put your tee's in position. All in all a great place and price

The course was in good condition boggy in places. We were not informed when booking that there was a competition of approx 70 players out that morning. We tees off over and hour after the last tee time for the competition and we still caught them by hole 10. There was no member of staff out keeping the pace of play up. We teed off at 12.11 and I holed out on the 18th in the dark at 16.45 this course should take approx 3 hours and 30min to complete. It’s a nice course but puts me off playing there again.

A nice little course with some good challenges. A little hilly but some fantastic views. Not sure whether due to `Bank Holiday but rate of £33 expensive compared to other courses

The course was in good condition, bunkers could have done with a taking though,but we all had a good days golf. Staff in the pro shop and behind the bar couldn't more for us so friendly.

The staff are very friendly here. The course was a bit boggy in places, but the green were in very good condition.

Course was in good condition, pace of play was terrible.

The multitude of leaves across the fairway edges and into the bushes will conceal a thousand balls a day! But this is a lovely course, demanding in many ways but aesthetically a gem. Great staff.

Played this course for the first time in a few years. The layout has seen maturing trees and with it a slightly more challenging round as some of the tee shots are now more demanding to narrower fairways.
The course is set in beautiful surroundings and is clearly well presented.
The only downside was the greens that had been recently tined, they were bumpy and very soft.
It was like putting on a pinball machine, making this part of the game pointless.

I will return but like other clubs they should be made to announce when course work is being undertaken to avoid player disappointment on the day.

It was a glorious autumn day and the gold course did not disappoint. It I should deceptively challenging as we found out to our cost. Greens spiked but smooth running.
Can understand that problems arise from time to time which denied us the chance to eat there but a pleasant bar ended the day in the right way.

The course was good apart from finger nail size holes on some of the greens, which were not pitch marks, looked like some one was trying to cause damage. had a good day though. man in pro shop was really helpful and friendly.

A challenging yet forgiving course. Would highly recommend a course guide if you don't know it too well. Well kept fairways/greens and some lovely par 3s to look forward to.

Only thing to improve would be the price outside of twilight period; very expensive. Twilight at £16 though wasn't too bad so that kind of makes up for it...

Definitely will be back again

This course is in great condition. Excellent greens. The staff was very helpful, will definitely recommend.

Three played and all enjoyed the round forgot how good the course is good layout we would all play again. John V

Great course for a casual golfer. Good mix of short and longish holes and a few hazards to keep things interesting. Fairways and greens are in decent condition. Practice nets could do with a tidy up. Excellent value for money, especially twilight rates.
