First time playing here. Loved the layout and condition of the course. Everyone friendly. A fabulous day out and I will be back again, next time with some friends.

Good course on a perfect day for golf. Course was busy but didnt feel hassled by other players who were all friendly and respectful. Course in great condition and presented good challenges for golfers of all levels. Greens were lovely to putt on. Really enjoyed our day and would definately visit again.

We made the most of the beautiful weather to play 18 holes in the hot sun. Considering we have not had much rain recently the course played really well and the cold beverage on the 19th was most welcome.

Played a 2 ball and had a great round. The course is stunning and long!! Cannot praise the ground staff enough on the superb condition of the greens.
I can recommend a visit here anytime.

Very nice afternoon playing the F of G course. The staff are very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed the day. good fairways and greens.

Lovely greens and fairways, really friendly staff. The course itself is not too challenging so everyone can enjoy their round. Overall a very relaxed golfing experience and one I would recommend.

This is York so all courses are flat! This is a friendly course with leeway for errant shots, but watch out as there is water in places (and farmers fields that are OOB!). I have played here many times and keep coming back as it is really enjoyable - overall it's a fairly easy course, needs a bit of thinking and some holes can be long depending on the prevailing wind. The finishing holes are good with a par 3 and two par4's, with 18 needing a good tee shot to give you a good chance to give yourself a birdie putt in front of the clubhouse.
