Decent value for money course
Played here twice now in October and compared to other local courses does get wet. Of the several courses we played in the area was the only one on temporary tees which seemed very unfair on ladies who on most holes were off the yellows. The lay out has some interesting holes and good uses of the elevation changes and the greens a bit slow for my liking but perfectly adequate. The club house was good and all the staff and members we met very friendly and we felt welcome guests.
Overall for the money we paid the course was good value

Play holsworthy for the first time I found it a very well maintained, fair course. Would benifit from having a driving range
Great day out
Thoroughly enjoyed our round here. It was a tough one to find but once we got there we were immediately welcomed by smiling faces and hearty hello's from everyone we met.
My brother and I were down in Devon for a family holiday and got a couple of rounds in here and another course but we would definitely come back again. The lovely lady in the pro shop was great to us and extremely welcoming to 2 outsiders and we felt at gone straight away.
The course was in immaculate condition and was a pleasure to play. Would recommend to anyone in the area. Thanks for having us.
Plenty of trees
I have played here several times now and always find the course a good test. You have to be accurate on some holes off the tees unless you particularly like trees and on others you can give it a good smack. The greens are not too bad, usually a bit slow and especially yesterday as they had just been top dressed, but even then they roll fairly true. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating and the facilities are good. I would normally highly recommend Holsworthy but I plan on playing here regularly and so don't want too many people turning up!
The course was ok
Probably un fair because of timing but the experience was spoilt by the greens having being dressed

Very friendly and accommodating. Our original tee time date was rained off and they let us postpone til the following day. We are very much beginners so found most of the holes an enormous challenge. No idea how people manage. Enjoyed our experience
