Bonita National Golf & Country Club

New course in a new condo complex. Construction still going on. Forgiving fairways, fantastic greens (conditions). Played 7 holes in a light rain. Course held up extremely well. Nice pool, bar, outdoor dining area. Good value.

Bonita national is a great track. This layout is interesting with plenty of tee boxes to choose your difficulty. The greens roll fast and true. The course was full and we were a twosome and played in just under four hours so pace of play was not bad.

Very nice golf course that winds around a new development. Be prepared for construction noise and dust. Played in 4 1/4. A few rolling greens and the greens were fast fast fast. If the worst experience we had were the lack ofdiligence by the bag boys, it must have been worth the trip and cost for Bonita National.

Played on a beautiful day with two members (obviously helps to have some local knowledge). Great layout with generous landing area, tighter around greens and well protected. Lots of sand, false fronts and very quick greens with lots of contour. Played combo tees at 6200 yards, very fair and moderately difficult without feeling punitive. Good shots generally rewarded.

Course was in fantastic shape. This is the second time we've played (3-4 years ago before). They have built a beautiful outdoor bar for an after round beer. Had a very enjoyable round. Very challenging but playable for all levels.

Course in great shape. Enjoyed the sometimes long rides from green to tee. Development around the course took a little away from the experience but get out and play it if you are south Florida.

Course was in excellent shape and staff was very friendly!

Really enjoyed playing this course. Construction did not bother me. Nice variety of holes, generous landing areas off the tee. Hardest part of the course is the greens. Large and undulating, if you are in wrong spot can easily 3 putt. Staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend and will play it again.

Typical Florida course with some interesting holes.Water on every hole. Favorite was the 13th, par 3 with all carry.

The course is a good test of your golfing skills but user friendly as well. This makes the course enjoyable to play and complete in good time. The practice facilities are also impressive for pre-game preparation.

Great course for the money. Every hole was fun to play. Lots of forced carries. Need talent to play this course The slope of this course should be higher due to speed and ridges on greens

Loved it. Was in the area for the weekend and this was an excellent choice for a day of golf. Staff was very friendly and even called me to see if I could get there 30 minutes early to go out with a different group.

Right from the start I knew we made a poor decision to come here---they are building houses around the first few holes so there was nothing but loud machinery noise, dust, and crews yelling to each other--I understand that the work needs to be done, but to be charging the same price as the other beautiful courses in the area is absurd--won't go back.

This is a new course, with housing construction adjacent to several holes, but nor intrusive. A few of the cart paths are temporary and dusty but the course overall is mature, well groomed and interesting to play. The only thing that bothered us was the pace of play was fine for 9 holes, but at the 10th hole a group of 3 young men jumped in and backed things up so that we waited several minutes on every shot on the back nine. It looked like they were employees since we saw them leave their clubs, shoes etc at the end of the round and walk off the course in sandals.

We saw no marshals the whole time and if this is the way the course treats their paying guests, by letting employees hold things up, we won't be back.

Went on a guys trip down to Naples and one of our group booked this course. So I had to do some research and read several reviews prior to playing it. First off you couldn't have asked for a better day to play. We teed off about 8am, there was not a cloud in the sky and temps were in the low 70s, which was perfect, by the end of 18 it was in the mid 80s. I agree with some of the other reviews this course is very new and there is a lot of home construction taking place. That being said, it can be tuned out very easily. Only issue I had the entire day was on hole 9, was at the top of my swing coming down and a guy on a roof started using his nail gun, so the pop pop pop did hamper that swing but that was it.. I would not pass this course up due to that. Another review said there are a lot of alligators on the course, we saw two small ones through the 18 holes. Played Panther run the Sat prior and saw 10 or more, so this course was very minimal. Now onto the course, Greens were outstanding, course layout was also perfect. This is a thinking man's course, course management is a must. You can't pull driver on every hole which I really like. Front 9 is tight to say the least with water popping up in places you may not see off the boxes. Pace of play was also decent, bunkers and waste areas are numerous, but over all course conditions were excellent. Greens really make or break even the nicest courses and as already stated their greens were outstanding. Ran very true somewhat fast but once you got the read if you hit it online it would fall. Really wanted to play it the following day but several in the group were flying home. We paid 40.00 to play here and it was one of the most enjoyable rounds I've played in a very long time. If you have the opportunity get out and play it. This will be on our list moving forward every time we come down to Naples.
