Delta View Golf Course

Overall a challenging course. Many doglegs require accurate tee shots to keep the course 'short' and trouble on both sides of the fairways. Greens were very fast the day I played. One was unforgiving as far as ball roll. I'll be back.

Nice layout, lots of elevation changes and doglegs. Drought makes the course difficult to maintain but there's only so much they can do without water. Friendly staff in clubhouse.

No complaints aside from the mystery mid acquired somewhere in the first 4 holes. Good pace of play, finished in 3.5 hours. Good conditions on tees and greens!

Its funny that I have played this course a million times and never realized how good it is until you play somewhere else! If you like straight , boring, easy golf courses stay away!

Great design, plenty of elevation change, every hole is different, none of the back and forth identical par 4's on this course! Don't let the shortness of the course fool you, a good challenge for any level of golfer and an overall great golf course. Is it kept up nicely, not really, are the greens perfect, no... but for $30 it is by FAR the best bang for your dollar....

There are holes where it is hard to hard to determine the fairway. The foot golf flags are confusing and annoying. Greens are in sad shape. Will not play again. Previous play was 5-6 years ago and I forgot why...now I remember

Some what challenging for me because there was something wrong with my golf balls, they kept trying to jump into tall grass and over the fences, into trees. Thomas LOL

Ball marks on green or not being repaired by the players, if players would fix two ball marks on greens the greens would look and play a lot better. Some of the tee boxes were uneven.

Decent couse for the money. The greens can be a little in consistent. I'd play here again.

Nice course with plenty of elevation changes. There are some fun holes like #8 drive-able par 4 from elevated tee. A few blind shots and a few short dog-legs that you can really cut the corner on if you have the distance. Overall course was in good shape. The greens were not very fast, but were tricky on some holes. Pace of play was good, although the guy in the pro shop said no many people went out because the "chance of rain". It never rained but it did get a bit windy. Played 36 and beat my first round by two strokes. Overall a good day of golf.

First time playing and course was hilly, challenging and beautiful!

excellent course hidden up in the foothills. Course in very good condition. We had a very relaxing day (quite warm out) . Really enjoyed the smooth flow, only took about 3 hrs! Definitely will b back! It's locally my favorite. Really, really enjoy mature courses. Btw it is a little rough on you in your cart(bouncy terrain) just toughen up. Thanks delta view!

This is a great track. Great breakfast burritos. Wide open with some challenging holes. Tee boxes, fairways and greens in great shape.

This course is in excellent condition. I like the improvements that was made to the cart paths. I had a great round of golf.

This course was challenging but will be even more challenging when there is water in the ponds. Great layout, fun for all.

Pro-shop was great and friendly. The course was in good shape and enjoyable to play. By the second hole we were double backed up and so our threesome and the foursome ahead of us watched the group ahead tee off at the par 3 third hole and never got any better. We ran into the marshal that was posted up at the construction a couple holes ahead and he was not there to help pace of play but rather over see the renovation. So needless to say after a 3 hour front 9. We needed a bite and a beer. So when we went into the 19th hole there was only 1 young lady doing everything and that must be why we couldn't call in our order. She was bartender, cook, waitress, and cashier. She was excellent and hard working but way understaffed. Buy the time we cashed out at lunch it had been 4 hours. We walked out and there was 2 groups waiting on the 10th. So we left. We would love a rain-check and give them a second chance.

Delta View is a fairly compact course with manageable tees for seniors(5800 yards from white tees). It is fairly scenic with rolling hills and a view of the east bay delta. The hills come into play throughout the course. On hole eight you hit from the top of the hill to the fairway below. Pace of play was slow(nearly five hours). The course was not in the best of shape but was playable. The greens were tricky with sudden breaks right at the hole. Overall the course is worth playing but do not expect country club conditions.
