#4 West is a cool short par three with several good tee angles into an undulating green. Photo submitted by DenisDotson on 03/28/2020

The best scenery is on #8 West - a long and testing par 5 along the Calabash River. Photo submitted by DenisDotson on 03/28/2020

Nice Course Good Value
Course is nice, challenging layout, generally in good shape for mid-February conditions. Cart paths need some serious work. Greens are in excellent shape.
Feel for Jane (below)
Reading the review below I can relate. In all fairness to the course it is usually guys in Myrtle who pressure the starter not to play with a lady. I have seen those looks from guys too...god forbid I ruin your drinking binge, play better than you or hope you'll be a gentleman with your mouth. On the other hand you have as much right to your tee time as anyone else.
A nice track
Everything was fine except my gos watch would not work on one of the nine holes. Everything else was great.
Greens were good
Short course from blue tees and very tight. Just average for Myrtle Beach. Conditions were good.
January Golf
Courses were awesome. Overseeded fairways and tee boxes. Courses we well maintained and a majority of the fall leaves and debris were well off the fairways so locating an errant shot was easier. Its been quite awhile since I played there. Enjoyed may round and I will play their again.
27 hole course that doesn’t know how to schedule
A true 27 hole course, backed up and slow pace of play when making the turn. Nobody on the north but 4 groups backed up on the west at 9am? Spend your money elsewhere
Great course
Surprisingly good. I read the reviews and thought it would be nice, but it certainly exceeded my expectations. Course was in great shape, the price was ridiculous. Great value for the money. No complaints. Would like to play discourse regularly if it was an option
Best experience at Pearl
While I've played the Pearl on a few occasions, this was by far my best experience. Nine holes have recently been closed, but the 18 we played were in great shape - tee boxes, fairways and greens. Fairways were green and lush (particularly for late December), very forgiving. Greens were in the best shape I've experienced for this particular course. This hasn't always been the case, so seeing them in such fine fettle was nice. Staff was its usual friendly and helpful selves. If you're going to play the Pearl, now's a wonderful time to do so!
The Pearl
We had relatives come down for the Holiday and we wanted to play a nice course. The Pearl was rated 4 1/2 stars so we booked it only to find out the rating was wrong. We have played better courses for 1/2 the price. Very disappointing and embarassing e bragged it up to our relatives.
Tough course
We had played The Pearl once before but didn't remembeer how very difficult a cours it is. Hazards on nearly every hole and fast greens with no flat surfaces. Most greens are highest in the middle and slope down in nearly every direction so they are tough to stick the ball on them and tough to avoid three-putts. The cart paths very much need to be repaved. No bathroom on the East course. Staff were very friendly and gave some useful tips at the start of the round.
