Challenging, yet fun course
Course can be quite challenging, but is overall a fun course. Some fairway bunkers are really bad, but everything else on the course is well kept. Chalet Hills is a great course.

Worth the price and Drive
Still no driving range, but challenging layout and if you get out early pace of play very good.
They could use some drinking water coolers on the course.

Great time, hard course but fun
Great course , great views , lovely time. Only issue was started 35 minutes after tee time due to being backed up. Think it was due to 1-7 being cart path only .
Can’t wait to play here again , can’t wait to improve my golf skills to put up a better score .

No driving range
No range, 5 hour plus round is normal. Complained to pro shop; no real concern there. Potentially great layout with woods and creeks. Not worth the drive from North suburbs.
Small things
Overall Chalet Hills was a pleasant experience . The round was 41/2 hours which I don't think is bad for a Sunday. Beautiful course in great shape with undulating fairways . Which makes it challenging because you seldom have a flat lie . The only thing that was strange is there were no trash cans at every tee box . About every 3-4 there was one . So empty water bottles and remnants from the lunch purchased halfway had to be in the cart for awhile. Just a small thing that created an inconvenience.
Also as a side note there were a lot of ball marks on the greens that were not repaired . I'm not a good golfer but I try to follow basic golf etiquette like fixing my ball mark so the next person can enjoy the game .

Good Course, Greens need some work
Overall Chalet hills is a good fun course. Very well maintained. the only thing is the greens are slower than other public courses and need some work.

Very scenic
What a beautiful course I thought I was playing in a different state maybe Michigan with all the elevation on the Tee boxes
We did play a day after rain, so the course was cart path only so it was a little wet
I have to play there again when a little dryer but all and all
a wonderful course that is in great condition and very
scenic lay out

Beautifully Maintained
Definitely a thumb up! The course conditions continued to become better and better every time I played over the last 4 years. Every part from the tee boxed to fairways to greens are so beautifully maintained. The food is good and reasonably priced, and the pro-shop and food court staff is friendly.

One of Our Favorites
We play this course a few times a season and it is one of our favorites. Normally we go to different courses each week. We believe this is one of the toughest courses in the area as indicated by a 137 slope from blue tees. It is tough but fair. we will be back!
