play fun
I had a great time with my friends. It was hard to find the green. So We hit the ball to the other hole. It was funny. I enjoyed anyway.
Not bad for the price. Greens were quite rough and there was a lack of signage/direction.
Dog track
Fairways are overgrown, every green is just sand with very little grass at all. Never know if it will be $14 or $20 through the week depending on who is working. .. just a junk course and rudd employees.
Fun course
This is not the most maintained course but it is flat and I had a lot of fun here. Great for beginners!
Good for the money
Its a good course to learn on. My GF just started playing and this is a good course for learning., just don’t expect sawgrass .
Not worth it.
Course wasn’t worth any amount to play. Green we’re not mowed and fairways were bare no grass except weeds. Course appears to abandon and no maintenance at all.
Cut the grass!
Not a bad course normally for the price but today the fairway grass was like playing in 4” rough. I quit after the 12th hole cause it wasn’t worth it, and I didn’t even have to pay today. Could be a nice course if they would just put in a little effort
Need To Mow Fairways
It’s run like a Mom and pop. Nothing fancy here. But a great value for the money and seldom crowded.
I lost five balls because some fairways and first cut rough were overgrown.
A fantastic place to work on your game if you are a beginner.
Greens roll true but slow.
Never Again.
Let's start with the lady behind the counter, I had never been to this course so I showed up early in case there were practice areas. She was shocked I was there to check in 45 minutes early and forced me to start immediately on the back 9. Normally I wouldn't mind, when I tried to explain I didn't mind waiting she said that no one would want to play with me anyways so I need to be alone and sent me on my way. As for the course, it seemed as though the grounds keeper only worked half of his shift and picked which holes they were going to work on. Some fairways were as tall as the rough, some greens had bad weeds and patches missing. When all else fails play to the right, some fairways had netting halfway down on the left so as not to hit players on other tee boxes that were in your fairway. Be mindful of which holes you putt your ball into, drainage issues caused most holes to be filled completely with water. But the carts are nice.
A+ Value on hot deal
Old school course with solid Bermuda greens, better than when I last played it a few years ago. Fairways need TLC, as do bunkers. Nice new carts, great staff.
Horrible course, but a great place to play
This course was described to me many years ago before I played it as an "18-hole driving range", and that is pretty accurate. All the fairways are wide open, so you can hit it poorly off the tee (as I frequently do) and still have another shot without losing a ball or taking a drop. However, the course in general is not in great shape. There is very little distinction between the fairways and any other grass outside of the greens. The ground is hard and the grass is patchy at best. Even in the fairway, your best hope is that the ball stops in a patch of clover so you can actually get your club under the ball. The greens are pretty decent most of the time. There are no amenities on the course itself. They have removed the ball washers and water coolers, and even keep the bathrooms locked. So make sure you "go" and get your drinks at the clubhouse before 1 and 10. But if you're a beginner, a casual player, don't like to be rushed, and not a grass snob, it's a pretty great place to play. And you get some great rates at times through GN.
Way overpriced for this app
Played it once spring 2022. I noticed it’s new on this app, so just didn’t want anyone who looks into where they’re playing to over pay. It’s a slight edge above a goat track. Definitely not worth a $50 hot deal or whatever it costs. Maybe $35-40 for a weekend all day pass, but no more than $25 for a weekend round. Especially when there are much better courses within half an hour for cheaper with booking through their course than this hot deal price.
Good course, lots of fun.
We really enjoyed the course. The conditions are average, the layout is a little confusing for first timers. Overall though it was a lot of fun in a relaxed environment. There’s a hole that has changed (no longer crosses the road) that the gps needs to be updated. If you are in the area, give it a try. Will be back for sure.
