The 12th tee box. The hole is a sharp dog leg right. Slicers have a chance to turn the corner. Draws need to control length to not be in the corner bunker. Photo submitted by norm9602536 on 10/26/2015

Construction
Payed 60 dollars for the round. Nobody told us that two of their holes were under construction. We had to play two tee shots on two holes on the back. One shot was for a makeshift par three and the other was for the normal par five. The starter, the pro shop, the kids who greeted us , nobody mentioned anything about this. Defiantly would not of played there if I knew of the construction prior to the round.
Under construction and over booked
Came here to play with my family for Father’s Day weekend. They are under construction and have compounded two holes into a par 3’s. You end up getting stuck in between two parties on the back 9. Greens are way to fast. They need watering and better maintenance. I feel for 60$ a person for a round they should drop the price. They also need to warn customers about the construction. I would’ve rather played somewhere else. I feel bad writing this review but I don’t want someone else to have a bad Father’s Day golf experience.
A couple surprises
I’ve played here several times before. I ran into two things today I was not expecting. First, it rained last night. This is a course that has never taken water very well. I was surprised to find that it was not cart path only end of the course was not soaked. I don’t know what changed but somehow they have found a way to deal with water better. The other surprise was that two of the holes on the back nine were closed. They have you playing a part three and a par five from the same tea on back to back holes. Not necessarily a bad thing but I would thought there would be some warning before booking. Anyway, a nice track. Some of the fastest greens around. Friendly staff and the pace of play is always pretty good here.
Nice course
Nice, long and well maintained course
Only thing lacking was directions/signage
We didn’t know where the next hole was.
Fast Greens
The conditions were very good. Two of the par 5s on the backside were converted into two holes to make up for 2 holes that are under construction but other than that the course is in great shape. Greens are sloped and very difficult if you are on the wrong side of the hole.
Closed 2 Holes Didn’t Tell Anyone
As we walked up to the 13th hole par 5 we noticed the group in front of us standing and taking an unusual amount of time in the middle of the fairway, luckily before we hit our drivers we realized there was actually a pin in the middle of the fairway and they turned the two par 5s each into a par 3 and a par 4. No sign, no notice at the club house, no update on golf now - nobody on the course knew - would have been nice to get a heads up
Communication
The front 9 was very pretty. However, they failed to tell us on the back there were 4 temporary greens. Just really annoying why they wouldn’t mention that. This is not a cheap course even in the fall. They knew what they were doing just trying to get the money out of us. Really frustrating experience. Communication is key.
Twilight 9
enjoyed our round! Course is in marvelous shape, staff is friendly, food in the restaurant was superb. Slow league play in front of us.
Great course to play but...
Had a great time playing this course and it was absolutely beautiful. However, they are doing some construction work on 2 of the holes currently. Some notice before booking or a heads up before starting the course would have been nice. When we got into the middle of the back 9 where they were redoing some holes, we were very confused as to the layout of how to play as were the two groups in front of us. This caused of a bit of a jam on the back 9, you may need to put someone out there or explain how to play this before having people try to figure it out themselves. Thanks!
First and last
Would not recommend this course to a friend. The back nine is a joke. Also not worth the 60 dollar fee when two holes are under construction.. save your money and go somewhere else.. greens are diseased and all different speeds.. better greens at a metro Park course..
Wet
I have played this course a number of times. The course drains poorly......and they were watering the course in the middle of Friday afternoon. One of the sand traps was so wet it was like mud. The grounds staff create too many unplayable conditions at or adjacent to many fairways. I won’t return,
