One of my favorites
I try to play Majestic at least once a year and once again I was not disappointed. Course was in really good shape and the layout is great. Bad shots are penalized but you can score at this course.
Up North Course just a short drive from the city.
The course is in great shape. The greens are fast, rough grown up and fairways neatly trimmed. This course has the feel of a up north course, with holes spread out using the landscape with rolling hills, trees, streams and lots of wildlife.
This course is scenic - reminds me of Northern Michigan.
The Majestic is an aesthetically pleasing course, with a real Northern Michigan feel. Nice terrain and a good layout with some very challenging holes. Could use a bit more attention with weed killers. Greens were a bit slow, but it was a hot day, and they need to be protected also. Nice views of Lake Walden. It was a pretty good value for the money.
Worth every penny!
Great course with some challenging holes. Greens were all in good condition. Nice scenery of the lake and forest. I will def go and play this course again soon!

Follow up with the course after booking on Golfnow.com and bring your receipt/confirmation. I paid in advance for a tee time but the course had no record of it in the system. They honored the tee time but if I didn't have my confirmation I would have been out of luck.

Customer service in the golf shop was poor. Course conditions were just ok. The Huntmore GC down the road is a better value.

Couldn't have asked for better conditions on a course. Staff was exceedingly courteous and attentive. Wonderful golf experience.
Fantastic course - at Golfnow Prices
Usually do not go to this course because of their higher pricing - securing great deal (under $20) from Golfnow made this round great. As did a nice fall day and the beauty of this property.

No ranger on the course, followed a group of 6. Other than that its a great course
A fair course with great views
I enjoy this course. It's fair yet challenging at the same time. Fairways were in great shape. Greens had been aerated so putting was a bit lacking. The back tees offer a nice challenge. I would recommend this course to anyone.
