Eagle Creek Golf Club
Played On 04/07/2023Good course
We love the course layout and it was in good condition. A few bad spots on a couple greens but otherwise fine. Fairways were in good shape. The only positive interaction we had with the staff was with the gents working the carts. Everyone else we dealt with didn't make great impressions.

Tough layout. Greens were fast and in good condition. Fairways are a little choppy. Bunkers were inconsistent some with deep sand some with very little sand.

Played On 08/06/2022Nice layout with some rough spots
We enjoy the layout and early tee availability. They seem to be losing a couple of the greens. Bad spots/areas on at least 5 greens. No rakes in traps or on the carts so you know what that means about the traps. Shot placeme t is key on this course, hitting fairways is important for scoring.
The Savannahs Golf Course
Played On 07/09/2022Delayed starts
Savannahs offered tee times every 8 minutes between 0630 and 0700, but they won't let anyone off of the 1st tee until 0700. Which means they plan to back the course up right out of the gate, and that makes no sense. We were the 0638 tee time. The course itself was in very good condition and the greens were great. The water jugs on the course were close to empty and still had water from the day before in them, pretty much undrinkable. When we finished the 1st tee was still 3 deep, so they never caught up from holding the early tee times up.

Good course and it is in good shape. They do a good job of managing tee times on the 3 9 hole courses so you don't get hung up at the turn. We did catch someone on 13, (we were the first tee time) so there was a gap when we turned so it still managed to be a sub 4 hour round.

Played On 04/16/2022Course is not what it used to be
We haveplayed this course for years because it is a great layout and was well maintained. The layout is still great. Tee boxes were very rough, and the rough (from immediately off the fairway and out) is primarily 50/50 sand patches and clump grass, which means the ball always settles between clumps etc. They are losing a couple of the greens as well. The fairways were in good shape, but overall the course is no longer worth the drive for us and there are to many other courses in in better condition for the money. We will miss playing here.

Played On 11/20/2021Good layout in good condition
We enjoyed the course even if the weather was less than enjoyable. Misted all day, rained heavy the days before and the course was playable and in good shape. They listed 6 low lying holes as CPO, rather than blanket cpo for thewhole course. The ones they listed definitely should not have had a cart on them. We all enjoyed the course. Greens rolled well and were in great shape. Tee boxes are level and in good condition, and the fairways were good. You can find your ball in the first cut and usually in the 2nd so a friendly course in that respect. Most greens are raised to some extent so you need to reach on the fly when its wet.
Royal St. Cloud Golf Links - Red/White Course
Played On 10/23/2021Nearly a 5 hour round due to tee time management
I'll start with the course is in good condition and the greens roll great. That's the end of the positive statements. We had one of if the 1st tee time for the blue/ red course. 720 is about as early as you could have tracked a ball off the tee and played. They have a "rumble" group that plays every Saturday with 4 to 6 tee times. Their tee time was 0630 (50 minutes before day) so that means 45 minutes to an hour back up once the sun comes up. They moved us to the white course to get us off, and turned us to blue ( where we waited behind 3 groups just starting their #1 hole) not the first time we were hung up for 30 minutes at the turn (it is the last time though). We waited on the tee box on every hole of the back 9. Just under 3 hours for that 9. I heard at least 3 other people proclaim that "I will never be back here" . The turn has been a problem for years, we play other 27 he courses that don't have any delays at the turn so this must be by design at RSC, they simply expect the customer to deal with it. It is a shame that it is managed this way since it is such a nice layout.
Lakes/Dolphin Golf Course at Cocoa Beach Country Club
Played On 06/19/2021CPO because of all the rain
It was cart path only due to the storms over the past few days. The course is in excellent condition and played well for as wet as it was. The greens didn't seem to be affected by the rains and were still firm and the ball rolled well. This is one of our go to courses.

Played On 06/05/2021Great layout
Layout is very good. Greens look okay but they roll well and hold a ball. The tee boxes though, there were a lot of them with little or no grass. Basically dirt tee boxes.
Thank you for taking the time to review us. Your feedback is valuable, and we have plans to recover the tee boxes. We look forward to delivering you excellent service again soon. Celebration Golf Club thanks you!

Front 9 greens recently replaced, 3 still temp greens. Back 9 greens are in bad shape, only 17 and 18 didn't have 50% dead or weed ridden areas. Love the layout but won't be back until the greens are all fixed. The new ones were still pretty fuzzy and really slow.

Played On 05/08/2021Good layout in good condition
Greens were in great shape and were quick. Fairways were in pretty good condition. Bunkers don't have rakes and there aren't any on the carts so lots of footprints and ball marks/divots. Tee boxes are bit rough but that seems to be a theme in central Florida.

Played On 02/13/2021Below average
5 "temporary greens" a flag stuck out front of greens. Greens that were in use had patches of what I could only call weeds all over them. Bunkers were inconsistent, some had sand some not (dirt). As a whole it was a pretty chewed up golf course.

Played On 12/19/2020Great layout
We play CBCC regularly for the most part the course is great. I do not understand why the approach to almost every green is so wet that any ball plugs that lands there. As an example the first green on Dolphin we sunk in and had casual water at just after 7 AM at 830 we had turned and the sprinkler was on and soaking that green and approach, so it seems they aren't managing the irrigation well. Also people were trying to play the hole and no one turned off the sprinkler for them .

1st group of the day, pro shop didn't open until 5 minutes before our tee time. I realize this won't affect everyone but it almost guarantees a late start everyday. The course is always wet, (poor drainage),but the back was very wet. Some cart paths were closed but you had to drive up to the tiny road block to find that out then backtrack to the other cart path. We were a 3 some, 2 houses have covid at risk people living in them so we ride separate to keep everyone safe. This course charges an extra $20 per group if you wish to take separate carts. This is the 1st time we've run into a course charging for choosing safety. I won't be back and can't in good conscience recommend that anyone else play the course.
North Shore Golf Course
Played On 07/11/2020Good course, normally in great shape
Course was wet after all the rain, but drained well enough for only finding casual water twice during the round. It is in good shape overall. Losing some of the grass around the greens, bald spots on what should be the collar and a few rough fairways if you are playing a strict ball down game you may not enjoy it, but if like my group you can play off grass in fairways it's a good course. Masks are being required in the clubhouse, and no food is being prepared. They do have a beverage cart in service though. Also like all the other courses there isn't any cold water available on the course.
Twin Rivers Golf Club
Played On 10/02/2019Good course with questionable practices
The course itself was in very good shape and the layout is always challenging. Mine was an afternoon round and we played the front in under 90 minutes, when we made the turn the management had started putting people off the back, so we ran into a very slow 4 some, so it took over 2.5 hours to play the back. We asked about it and it essentially comes down to that being their common practice during the week. Nobody mentioned it to us at any point. I've played this course for years, but questionable decisions by management have driven us off before, and it looks like we won't be back for a long time now based on the current practice of putting groups out on 10 in regardless of the fact that their are turning groups, and no one from the course on 10 to manage the cluster....

Played On 07/14/2018Great layout
Course was in very good condition. Greens were in good shape, but very slow! Pace of play and the rest of the course was good. Bunkers were a little wet, no standing water or anything, just wet heavy sand.
Lakes/Dolphin Golf Course at Cocoa Beach Country Club
Played On 07/07/2018Very wet
Course was very wet, (cart path only) . For the amount of rain in the area the day before it should have been wet, but it never really drains well and hold a good deal of water. Greens were good, a little slow even after the the dew burned off.
Royal St. Cloud Golf Links - Red/White Course
Played On 01/20/2018Nice layout but poorly managed
The course was in good shape, love the layout. The problem is it was a 5 hour round! They say play at a 2 hour pace, which we did. We then were held up at the turn because they were still putting tee times out on blue, we waited 20 minutes which takes you out of your rythem. The back 9 took 3 full hours to play primarily due to management squeezing as many tee times as they can in before letting people turn. On top of that they book tee times before sunrise and hold them up until the light is adequate, which starts the day with late tee times. It was this way a year ago, which caused us to stay away, we gave it another try and it was worse this time. I doubt well ever go back. No rangers were ever seen, and people were driving carts up the greens and pretty much wherever they felt like. Just an all around bad experience.
