The course was in good shape, greens a little slow but consistent, which is more important. Fairways are nice and green and well kept.

Greens are very undulating, hardly any straight putts. But not consistent. One put will fall, reputt it and it doesn't fall??? Lose a lot of strokes on the greens. First time playing this course, so maybe after a few games, would adjust to the greens?

It was cart path only which always is a pain but the course is in excellent shape for this time of year. Greens were not consistent and need some work, but overall course was good. Staff very friendly.

Ouch! They owe us at least a dozen balls that got lost in the first cut (I use that generously). This was the first day after reseeding and the fairways were not in that bad of shape (was cart path only). Greens were absolutely terrible.

Course was not in great shape. Fairways had a fair amount of brown patches and greens were very poor. The greens were very slow and on some, quite patchy. Played this course earlier and it was in far better shape.

First time playing this course. They have not overseeded. First hole we played, tough to figure out where the fairway was? Looks like it was probably a really nice course but it's not being looked after. Not worth the drive. Too bad, potential is huge.

I realize they have just finished overseeding and it is 90% rule for carts. However they have put so much water to everything, you don't get a proper game. The fairways are so wet that even your drives sometimes plug. There is no carry for your approach shots. Even the bunkers are so wet it is hard to play them. Once they back off on the water, it will be really nice because the course looks beautiful.

We were not aware the practice facility was being overseeded and therefore not available. That was unfortunate because we went early so we could hit a few (first game in two months). Other than that, it was cart path for the first 9 holes which is a bit inconvenient but the course is in good shape. Greens are a little slow right now also.

Course is in good shape. Make sure you play the farthest tees as it is somewhat short. Greens in good condition. Some fairways pretty tight. Good value for the money.

Fairways are tight and dry so you get lots of carry on drives. The greens are in good shape but very fast and some times not true. Overall course is worth money though.

Front nine is average layout, course is in very good shape. Back nine is in the mountains, far more challenging and interesting. Nice course.

Basic wide open layout. Greens quite small. Course is in average condition, not great but not poor either. For money, is reasonable value.

Most par 4's were quite short but because of the set up, if you stray at all, it makes you pay. You feel like you should be scoring better than you end up with. Fairways and greens are in really good shape.

Course needs water badly, very dry. Greens were somewhat slow. However for the cost, course is a reasonable option.

Although I realized from previous round they don't overseed, it appears that they have painted the fairways to make it look green. If you're ready for that, course is o.k. to play and price is right.

Very good shape, greens were of average speed but well maintained. Course is looked after and pace of play was good. No complaints, good value for the money!

Have just finished over seeding, greens were so long and so slow you basically practiced your drives and chipping because the greens are almost unplayable.
