The Oasis at Death Valley
About The Oasis at Death Valley
The former Furnace Creek Inn and Ranch Resort was rebranded and renamed The Oasis at Death Valley after $100 million was pumped into the historic desert outpost located in the Death Valley National Park in 2018. The property includes a luxurious 66-room inn and the more family-friendly 224-room ranch adjacent to the the Furnace Creek golf course a short shuttle ride away. The 22 new casitas were built during the project. The ranch feels like a western outpost with a general store, visitor center, gas station, post office, the Fiddler's Creek campground, Furnace Creek stables, the new Last Kind Words Saloon and entertainment for families: A spring-fed pool; tennis, basketball and volleyball courts; horseshoe pits and a playground. The course sits at the lowest elevation in the world, 214 feet below sea level, meaning your ball won't travel nearly as far.Facts

Back again!
Just had to pay this gem again but this time with one of my regulars at the casino. He loved it as much as I did my first time! Keep up the great work!!!
IS THIS HEAVEN?
Yes, I do believe it is...
With the fact that this is the lowest elevation golf course in the World not to mention the wild animals crossing the fairway this place is paradise...
Beautiful scenery
Just the drive alone is worth going to this golf course but when you throw in a coyote or two crossing the fairway as you're teeing off now that's special. The lowest elevation golf course in the World!!!
An experience
The course is something special due to the location. So unbelievable you can maintain a course on the hottest and lowest place on earth. Nice staff, good rates, playable course in good condition (march)
Very nice surroundings on most holes. Encountered some coyotes on the course that are familiar with humans, they don’t care you are there and come pretty close.
played the back nine twice. front closed for maintenance. ok course for the money. ball doesn't go as far at below sea level.
Great course and perfect for colder winter days
My goal was to keep playing golf when it was cold in Vegas for a few days and why not see Death Valley at the same time. I was really surprised with this gem of a course and loved it. Layout was fun, huge trees all over the place, price is reasonable and great place to hang and get a beer afterwards. Not likely great in the summer but, in the cool winter months check it out!
Loved it. Wish we played 18.
I played with my 10 year old son. To make it bearable, they suggested we tee him up where the fairway starts. It was a great suggestion. Make the time to play this course… it was worth it!
Lowest Course in the World
Played this course because it was 214 feet below sea level. The layout was great…lots of fun holes requiring lots of planning. The conditions were not great…painted fairways/greens…am sure it was a fertilizer paint, but it hid the fact that there was very little grass on the greens and very spotty fairways. Winter conditions had a lot to do with this, so hopefully I can come back “in season” and find a great layout. Not really worth the $75 to play.
Great time
Except for two greens, the course is in the best condition that I've seen. Considering this course is in the middle of a desert this says a lot. The grass is conditioned to the location so don't expect fairways and greens that you are accustomed to. The views are outstanding in every direction so bring your camera.
Hurricane Golf
We played when winds were 30 with gusts to 45. We played the forward tees and had a really fun time. Pro shop was very nice offering to let us play the next day, but we embraced the challenge. Some great vistas and a fun course. Go play it.
Enjoyed the course
Nice course and layout, little confusing direction from to hole to hole
Desrt Oasis
Enjoyed the well maintained course and scenic views
