Well presented course with a nice flow of holes
Enjoyed playing here very much the weather and condition of the course helped. The greens were in great shape for the time of year and a lot of work going on clearing leaves from fairways as well which makes life easier finding those off centre shots. It seems to be a well managed and organised club at all it's levels. Well worth the drive from Dublin to play.
Good parkland
Well maintained. Nothing unexpected. Greens good. You must be below some as there is no way ball will stop.
like this course a lot
Really nice course. 2 temp. greens and one hole or of play (made up with an 18a hole) but always like this course.
Paul Lavery
Good value for money. No issues with tee time booking or on arrival. Even managed a later starting time to enable us to have a coffee before starting. Would recommend.
not an average hole
There are not only no bad holes on this course there are no average holes! There can't be many better parkland golf courses in Ireland!
nobody home
Fantastic parkland up there with the best course in the country. The only problem was nobody in pro shop or club house when we arrived to check in
Stunning Course!!
Has to be one of the very best golf courses in Ireland. Stunning design, beautiful views and very well maintained. If there is one criticism, I would say the bunkers could do with the stones taken out of them, but the course in incredible and great value for money. Pro in pro shop could do with taking a few happy pills though, let's the rest of the facilities down when you don't get such a friendly welcome. Once out on the course and it's heaven
Beatriful Course
We got a great deal for €20 each (two ball) pre paid direct from GolfNow to play the old course. When we arrived we were told that the greens had just been cored and sanded a couple of days previous. We asked about playing the new course instead and we were allowed for a small supplement of €15 each. The total of €35 each was still a great deal, and we were slotted in the middle of an open competition.
The new course was a pleasure to play and absolutely gorgeous, I'd highly recommend this course as one of the best parklands I've played. I'll be back to play the new course again and have a look at the old one too.
We had a bit of banter with one of the green keepers too, be prepared for the Meath mans wit!
Some nice long holes to add to the challenge!
The course (old) was in great condition apart from a few boggy areas off the fairways. nobodys fault but the weather! greens in great condition too.
Looking foreward to playing the new course soon too!!!
