Golf
Tee time was at 345 on a Wednesday. 18 holes booked on golf now. Played the front in about an hour. Only to have leagues on BOTH 9’s and couldn’t tee off for my back 9. Absolutely unreal and uncalled for.
Better than expected
I played here on a Monday night and had a pretty good time. The course layout is good and it seems to be well maintained. The pace of play was pretty slow. It didnt seem like there was much structure to their tee times so there were a lot of groups right on top of each other.
Beautiful, challenging, great value
This is one of Omaha’s most scenic and beautiful courses with multiple lakeside holes and views of the Omaha skyline. Very few holes have any homes in sight. With a great putting green and large driving range, this is a mainstay of my summer. All this is offered at consistently low prices to boot making this one of Omaha’s best values in golf.
Fun course!
Staff was extremely helpful and the course was in great shape!
Good time!
The course was in great shape and everything went well until the back 9 when the group in front of us slowed waaay down. It took too long to finish the back 9 and in the future a ranger should have been watching them more closely and hurried them along. That being said, things happen and it will take a lot more than one group being inconsiderate to stop me from playing there!
Good solid course
There are trees and water that make it a challenge, some narrow starts and some middle fairways that are tricky. Not a lot of bunkers and if I remember correctly only a couple of par 5’s. The greens are well taken care of and the holes by the water are really fun!
Nice course
My review probably isn’t what they reall want to see.
I’ve been to golf courses and played in almost half of the states and I have never been to a course where the pace of play was so very slow. It’s one thing if we are playing at a 2 hour nine holes, but it was over two and a half hours. There were walkers that were walking slow and players playing from the tips that should have never been. I didn’t see a Marshall during the entire round. When it’s that busy and slow, the Marshall needs to get his butt out in the course to get golfers moving.
Other than that, the course itself was very nice.
Money Hungry
The fairways and greens were in great shape. But don't think you're going to golf at a decent pace as my front nine my buddy and I we golfed in an hour 50 mins, but had to wait for a League to finish teeing off the back nine. So we waited 25 minutes and followed this league. So instead of an anticipated 3 1/2 hour around, it was almost 5 hours. Warn golfers prior to getting to your course that your online slots are going to have you run into a league for your second nine holes. During weekdays I will certainly call ahead to see if leagues are going to be in the mix.
Great maintenance and pace! Friendly to walkers.
Despite GolfNow screwing up my reservations, which made me late to join my group off the tee, the staff at Shoreline were outstanding at fixing GolfNow's screwup. They got me out and playing.
This course is one of the nicest in the Omaha area, and I don't know why it is not more popular. The holes are varied, challenging if you choose tees appropriate to your ability level, and the course is mostly surrounded by nature, not houses. The signature 13th hole is mostly over water if you try to drive the green, but playable as a two shot if you don't wish to challenge it. Just an example of one of my favorite courses.
Great value
Good course, not super challenging. Greens roll very slow. Only complaint is the grass length on tee boxes. Was so long that it was diffcult to actually tee a ball “up”.
nice
Close to home. This is always my go to course when I am able to get off work early at the last minute. Never disappoints.
Good value
Good value and course is in good shape. Very crowded and seemed over booked. Large groups playing very slow. Avoid peak hours.
