Chapel-en-le-Frith Golf Club

What a brilliant course. Don’t let just the 2 par fives fool you. A course that you can both open the shoulders with a driver in many a par four and each hole offering different challenges. The course was just in superb condition and a complete joy to play. One of the best I’ve played in the UK. Weather was glorious so not sure how it plays in the wet which in this area, no doubt it will see a shower...or two. Great experience and would play again for sure.

Due to COVID we started from tee12 which was unusual but didn’t detract from a great course. Loved it

Love coming up here and playing this course. Even after a week of heavy rain the course was in perfect condition. A must for golfers of all abilities.

A beautiful course in perfect condition. Lovely welcome from the clubhouse. Course is beautiful not not too challenging and I managed to shoot a really good score (for me). Starting off from the 12th (due to covid) worked out really well too. I have already rebooked and can't wait to play here again.

Greens were brilliant. In general, the whole course was in great condition. No complaints, will 100% be returning (maybe even become a member...).

Played this Cousy today and it was in pristine condition. Put this on your bucket list

First time here, very nice course, fairways and mostly small greens very good. Some great views, very friendly staff and members.
Will definitely play here again and would recommend to all.

Enjoyed my round on this course,its a pretty challenging course with some great holes and challenging greens.great course with great views,course was boggy which is normal in winter for most courses. Will definitely go back in spring/summer as in good conditions i imagine this course comes into its own

Booked to play a 2 ball on Sunday. I live an hour away, on our way to the course I tried multiple times to get through to the pro shop to see if a buggy was available. After 5-6 attempts I finally got through only to be told that we had been put with another 2 ball. Obviously I wasn’t prepared to do this while COVID is on the up, I also have vulnerable family members and am not willing to increase any risk no matter how small just to suit the clubs tee times. I was also told that the buggies hadn’t been sanitised so they weren’t available. Although the CHEF had been in first thing to sanitise two that had been booked?!?

The woman in the pro shop also told me she and the chef were the only two people working! Terrible organisation!

We decided to turn round and play a local course which was a shame.

This golf course is a good test of golf with excellent holes all with different challenges and superb views of the Peak District hills all around
