Spring conditions
Beautiful weather made this an enjoyable round. The course was pretty wet but I expected that after the rain we have had. Surprisingly, the greens were pretty firm but they rolled nicely. The course wasn’t super crowded and we finished in 3 hours.

Always enjoy the Pines at Lima
The course was in great conditions for November. Greens were quick and true always enjoy playing out at Charleston pines.
This course was in excellent condition !
Getting to play golf in late October around here is a real treat, but doing so on a course in great condition and at a good price was great to say the least.
If you haven't played Charleston Pines, give it a try... I don't think you'll be disappointed.

enjoyable track with challenge that is not over difficult
Nasty staff
Upon verifying my tee time, the man at the counter was very nasty. If i hadn' t already paid in advance, i would have told him to stick it where the sun don' t shine. He said the ttime should have never been accepted by golfnow.
Great day for golf! Course was in very good shape. Greens were in great shape. 12th tee could use better signage to show where it is, and maybe a cart path.
Played alone, but asked the twosome in front of me if I could join them. They wanted to take their time, so I didn’t. They let me play ahead after the 3rd hole. Pace of play slowed toward the end of the first 9, and didn’t get better on the second 9. A foursome let me play thru. Still played in just about 3 hrs.
The Good and the Bad
The good. The staff was awesome getting carts to everyone on a very busy day. I met two guys at the first tee and they invited me to play with them, very friendly. Course was in good condition.
Now the bad. The fivesome four groups ahead of me played at a glacial pace which led to frustration and impeded performance. Why there was a five some, and for so long I do not know on a very busy day is beyond me. I hope they figure out how to identify and prevent fivesomes before I go back and give them another chance.
Fun course, great pace of play!
We have played this course several times. The fairways are showing a bit of strain from the lack of rain, but the greens are still nice. Always a fun day for us.
