Thousand Hills Resort & Golf Club

This course was in very nice condition. Yes, there are hills, but that's what makes the course challenging! I think we've discovered our new "best course" in the Branson area.

Greens and fairways were wonderfully kept, too many cart path only fairways, hills are a killer if temp is over 85...they are steep and no carts allowed.

Just not a fun resort course.

Course is very short and the designer tried to make up for distance with unreasonable challenge for the average golfer.

I like the course and would would play it again. however the course does bottle up and constantly waiting to shoot. I also went on a Monday afternoon so I assume it is not there most busy of days.

Just a nice scenic enjoyable place to play. We will be back.

Had a great time playing golf with friends and family. We had a rain delay golf staff gave us rain checks so we ate at grill on course and finished playing later. The course was in great shape and the staff was great.

This is a par 64 course it was in great condition but had only 2 cuts fairway and green. So stay in the fairway. A couple of elevated greens and water hazard holes made it challenging and fun! Used a driver and wedge on most par 4's. Nice layout great price for Branson area! Very nice staff!

If you are like me. I have been playing for 58 years you like to play a course like this. This course puts the focus on shot making rather than how far you can drive the ball The course is in great shape. If you like think your way around the course this is the place to play

I guess with a name like thousand hills I should have known better. But almost every tee box and green you have to walk up and down hills to get to them. And some of these hills are not small. If you want a work out than this is your couse. If you want a course to just golf go somewhere else.

Par 64 course with many difficult holes. Disappointed that not easily made aware it was an executive type course. Many challenging holes. Would play again.

I got a great rate for a terrific course. The course is a travel resort course so it is very maintained. The rate I got on this sight was much better than the guest rate for people renting nightly condos, and according to the condo owner that I was paired with, a lot better than their rates as a condo owner too. Which sold him on this website.

Course was in good shape and well maintained. Great course to work on your short game as it's only a par 64. A must play in Branson. The best part was that it was only $30 bucks for green fees and cart...FOR TWO PEOPLE. Unbelievable deal.

My wife and I played Thousand Hills on Thanksgiving Day while on vacation from Bossier City, Louisiana. We visited the clubhouse the day before to confirm our tee time. The gentleman (forgot his name) working the pro shop was super-friendly and gave us a great discount on two hats for myself and a hat-shirt combo for my wife.

On Thanksgiving Day, the course was relatively empty. We joined up with a gentleman from Colorado and had a great time. The course was in great shape, especially for this time of the year. The GPS was a great help with the yardages, but didn't show where the hazards were lurking.

It is a beautiful course. There are very few cross-holes, so you don't have to worry about dodging errant shots from other holes. The greens were smooth and not too fast (or too slow). The on-course bathrooms were among the nicest that I have ever seen.

We can't wait to play this course again when we come back to Branson.

Living in Springfield, I heard it was tight fairways and too short.
However, I found it very challenging and an interesting course.

The course showed signs of the times. New cement pathways but in many areas the course was not in good condition, grass not cut for weeks, some fairways in really ruff shape, others OK. Not sure if all the money went to the cement pathways causing lack of people on the grounds crew. Played this course last year at this time and do not remember the conditions being this ruff.

Would recommend-- alot of hills, pretty, fun to play

Had some extra time, and had a great time at Thousand Hills.
Greens were well maintained and played well. Overall course was beautiful. Got a little confused on the course layout but that was my fault, they have changed the hole order & numbers since the last time I was there. Had an overall great day. Thanks!

I have played alot of courses but this is one of the most physically challenging because of the hills and valleys. We definately got a good work out but had a wonderful time doing it. People in Branson are some of the most friendliest people you will every meet. Loved it!
