The East course front 9 is a bit hilly but view is good. Fairways and greens are in good condition and pace of play is acceptable. Back 9 is longer with some water hazard and high rough and some fairways are pretty tight and therefore more challenging.Staffs are very friendly and polite and the power cart is of high quality. Overall a good course with moderate difficulty and can suit variety of players.

Golfnow made a mistake on my booking and was told by staff that my booking was cancelled by Goldnow by mistake. I called Golfnow and was put on hold for more than 25 minutes. But the staff was very helpful and allowed us to go and dealt with Golfnow later on.which I appreciate very much.
Back to the course condition. The upper course is a friendly course and the rough was cut short to allow easy location of balls and this helped to quicken the pace. Greens and fairways are good but some brown patches start appearing probably due to the hot weather and little rain. Overall speaking, they are still good.

Pace is terribly slow and have to wait on every hole. Really making you feeling sleepy under this slow motion pace and easily lost one's momentum and rhythm. Probably will not play again in this course. No Marshall to control the pace.
Course condition is actually good and well maintained with beautiful scenery but all the fun was gone when sitting there waiting and waiting.

It has 4 par 4 and 14 par 3 and is a lot of fun to play or practice. There are some beginners so pace of play is very slow and have to wait almost every hole. The tee off platforms are very rough and not maintained but the greens are quite good. Fairways for par 4 are pretty good and the view is very pretty. Think in the autumn time it will be very scenic. It is not a course to rush, just come out to enjoy or test your short gain and enjoy the scenery and do not pressure those young beginners.

It rained in the morning but the upper course is pretty dry when we tee off at around noon time. Staff was exceptionally accommodating as we arrived early and hoped to start earlier to avoid later afternoon rain. The course is in pretty good shape, even the rough was cut down so as to make finding balls easier. Price was good as it was a rainy day and not many players around.

First time playing this course and the impression is very positive. Greens and fairways condition are very good and some tee platform are decorated with flowers. The course is not long, around 6000-6100 yards but the hilly contour created some blind spots and players have to be well alerted. The scenery is quite beautiful as the hilly nature and tree lined fairways are very pleasant to the eyes. Most rough were cut down making balls easy to find and therefore helped to speed up play. Staff are very polite and friendly and beverage cart is always around which is good. Did requested the cart lady to help us take a photo as we are first time here and was impressed by her friendly smile.
Overall ia very good course and would recommend to others.

Did not have much expectation on playing this course but it turned out to be quite good. The fairways and greens are pretty good, actually much better than many higher price courses, except that the rough are really rough and not easy to find your balls. Pace of play for the first nine (White course) was slow but after moving to the back nine (Blue course), it was quick as not many players around. The Marshall and starter are both doing a good job, particularly the starter, and I have to show my appreciation. There are areas that need improvement though. For example, there are no signs to direct players to the next hole so sometimes went to the wrong one. Some tee boxes are too close to the green and players have to be careful. The club house check in is inside the canteen and there is no clear direction to guide new players. However, this course is still pretty good and for the price is worth coming back.

The Cardinal West is a pretty flat course with little up and down. The fairways and green are in good condition except some tee boxes with big bald area. Slow play is a problem even the grass were cut short making finding the balls easier and more forgiving. Staff is polite and friendly and you don’t have to wait long for the beverage cart to show up. Good service.

Today is pretty hot and the slow play kept you burning under the sun. The course is not difficult with few hazards and both fairways and greens are fairly well maintained. One par 5 in the back nine was modified to become a par 3 probably due to new houses being built too close to the fairways. The course was therefore shortened by 200-300 yards with blue tee at roughly 5,800 yards and the longest gold tee around 6,200 yards. Staff and marshall are very friendly and polite and we appreciate that. Price is reasonable but there are better courses at a slightly higher price. So depend on one's preference on which type of course to play.

First time playing here and the course has some Scottish characteristics. Not many tress and with lots of long grass and shrubs which easily buried any balls going into them. Not a long course but has many winding fairways and some up and down hills. Hole direction is not good particularly for hole #15 and some players got lost and play the wrong hole. We have to alert them to go back to play the correct hole. Staff are very friendly and polite as well as the Marshall. Fairways and greens are well maintained and the view of the city is good except that there are plenty of air planes flying overhead and noisy but is tolerable. Pace of play is average as plenty of seniors and beginners are playing the course. Not a long course and almost no hazards to deal with so not particularly challenging.

Arrived early and staff is very friendly and accommodating and allowed us to start early. Same for the Marshall or they call him now “player assistant”.
The course is in very good shape and very well maintained. It is not very long (for blue tee is around 6,200 yards) but some holes are quite challenging. Both the fairways and green are in good condition even with this hot and dry weather. There are some brown patches in some green edges but overall is good. The view is beautiful and one can enjoy the day out there even it is quite hot today.

The price is low and so is the course condition. Don’t expect too much as it is what you pay for. The view of the course is not bad but the fairways, the bunkers, the tee boxes are very fair. Some greens however are good. I haven’t played this course for years and hope to see some improvement but none. Anyway for the low price, it is still good for some beginners. This course has the potential to become a beautiful course as the view is not that bad.

Very hot weather today but the view of the course is beautiful plus the little breeze helps to cool a bit. Staff and Marshall is very friendly and polite and allowed us to start earlier as we arrived early. Condition is good and some holes are quite challenging with up and down and doglegs. It is not a long course but very enjoyable. Go and try it.

We start earlier than originally booked trying to avoid rain in late afternoon. Not many players in the field so pace is really quick. Weather turned out to be excellent and the course os well maintained except a few greens but overall condition is very good. Staff is very polite and friendly. We can finish the play in less than three hours.

Weather is very good for the day and the course condition is very well maintained. Several tee off levels for one to test the skill and many holes has lots of water hazard so pretty challenging. Of course, the staff are very friendly and well mannered. Pace of play is fair as there was a foursome in front of us and very slow probably about 20 minutes delayed but is acceptable. Overall it is a very good course plus the perfect weather which made it a very enjoyable day for golfing.

The Legacy is a very new course but very picturesque. Lots of water and a bit narrow fairways. Due to rainy weather, it is still wet. The green is acceptable at this time of season and most are elevated and undulated. Length is from 7,500 yards to below 6,000 yards so lots of room to stretch your skill. Not many players today so no hold up and can finish in around 3 hours.

The rainy weather did affect the course condition but overall it is much better than many courses. It did allow the use of power cart which made it easier in wet condition as walking in wet fairways is quite demanding. Players are also friendly to allow pass through for quick players making the pace much better. The greens are improving but is acceptable in this time of the season and weather.
The staff are very friendly too and allowed earlier start in case you arrived earlier. Have to express my thanks to them.

The course is still pretty wet therefore only car path only and thus pace of play is slow. But today’s weather is excellent and offer a chance to stay out under the sun and get sweat.
The green is still in pre-season condition and do not expect much out of it. Fairways are quite wet and making walk in walk out a tough job if you are not yet warming up. Still an enjoyable pre-season round.

The green still not back to normal quality as expected. Fairways are good with patches of water here and there but acceptable. One surprise is you can use power cart only in the Midland course, the other two have to use pull cart. This was not mentioned at time of booking and as the other two were quite hilly and wet, therefore quite slippery, we chose to play Midland twice. Staff is friendly and allow us to do so. Think may take 2-3 weeks time to allow the course back to its normal condition. If you do not want to walk, you better check the usage of power cart before booking.

Course Condition not fully back to normal. Green also in poor condition as expected in the early season. But the price compensated for that and may not be too bad to come out from hibernation and do a little outdoor exercise as pre-season warm up.
