The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club, Orlando, Grande Lakes

This is a classy course. Easily cost 50% more in Las Vegas or Hawaii. Front nine is pretty straight forward with huge wide fairways. But beware the greens! Tricky & fast. Back nine is 300 yard longer, and some more challenging configurations. I paid extra for the caddy to enjoy the full experience. Ended up with former touring pro. Great golf stories and a delightful round. I'll play this a couple of time on our next trip to Orlando.

Top shelf experience...great staff, service, best and quickest greens I've seen in a long time. Very playable, reasonable bogey, tough par.

3.5 hour round! Wide open fairways with stunning views. Numerous well placed bunkering, water features and lightning fast greens make you focus.

We played on our anniversary and had a great time. The course was in good shape. A little expensive but it is the Ritz. I never had a Golf Course Conceirge before. When he found out it was our anniversary, he brought us out gifts on the back nine. Very classy. I would definately recommend this course to play at least once. We will definately play it again when in the Orlando area.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Course in 1st class order. Challenging course with strategically placed bunkers to catch drive and also protect greens. Need to think more about position play and use strokes. Also recommend the clubhouse restaurant where we dined after our round.

Excellent condition. Great warm up facility for all parts of the game. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I would definately add this to my list next visit.

Though the fairways are huge & flat & there is little water, Grande Lakes defends itself with many bunkers and super fast greens. It's fun and picturesque. The greens were in the best shape of any course I've played this year.

First 15 holes are very secluded and you feel like you are out in the wilderness somehow even though you are right in town, finishing holes come back to the hotel and are super, great shot values throughout
Greens had just been top dressed but were smooth true and reasonable speed anyway
The guy fertilizing the greens wore dress shirt and pants! Must have been the head super personally taking care of his greens
Definitely a must play

This course walks the fine line of being forgiving yet still interesting. The staff and the experience were first class. Played in 4:10, rarely seeing the groups behind or ahead of us. Conditions were pristine. I highly recommend you put this course on your short list to play when visiting Orlando.

This was a really nice course. The fairway we fairly wide, but lots of trouble around the greens with many bunkers. The course was in great shape and the staff was super friendly and very helpful. We really like the prepaid deal.

A bit pricey, but it's the Ritz so it's to be expected. Course conditions weren't pristine, but they were really good. So, if you have the money to spend, get a caddie and enjoy 18 holes the way golf was meant to be played and enjoy your day.

Unfortunately, the course was cart path only due to heavy rain the night before. The course is a beautiful, well maintained track that one would expect from the Ritz-Carlton. I would definitely want to play this course again in drier conditions.

Beautiful golf course. Unexpectedly cold and windy day so it was even more challenging than normal. Greens were fast and smooth 12 -13 on stimpmeter. Golfnow value was great deal, will look to play here again using GN discount.

A great course to play...one of the best in Orlando...the course is in pristine condition...staff is extra friendly...pricing is great if you buy a Hot Deals tee time. I give this course a full 2 thumbs up...if you're ever looking to play in Orlando, this course is a must.

This golf course is just the way expected. The stuff is very friendly. Very good training facility. Out there is everything in very good shape everywhere, quiet, well playable, even though not always challenging. The greens are very well maintained and fast. Overall – it is just a place to play an enjoyable round.

By far the best of the six courses we played on our trip! Unbelievably maintained and staff was super friendly. Only complaint was that we saw the drink cart only twice. Once at the halfway house and once by the 17th green.

From the time of arrival, prompt check in, courteous staff, ON TIME tee off. Pace of play was within the normal of range. Excellent course conditions. You can only blame yourself for a bad score. Fairways were superb and greens were reasonably fast. I will play this course many more time.

Friendly to high handicappers, wide fairways, well maintained course with great greens. A very relaxing play.

It is an idyllic quiet course winding through beautiful tree lined fairways. Each hole sets a challenge that builds to a fun round. Right from arrival the staff we courteous and very welcoming. Can be expensive but if any "golf now offers" come up don't hesitate play this course today.
