Greens were great
nice course, great greens, good value. if not for the walkers in front of us we would have enjoyed round more. too much waiting between shots

I always enjoy playing here. Pro shop reception is always friendly and respectful. Good practice range and putting green. The tees, fairways and greens were in good shape as one would expect at a private club. Sand traps were not in consistent condition. The layout is good and winds its way through Lakewood Estates. Lots of challenging par 3's and 4's. Par 5's are OK but not as strong as the other holes in my opinion. The neighbourhood is sketchy in places but is well set back from the course. If I spent more time down here in the winter months I would get a membership. Easy walking course as well.
Great experience
Course was in good shape. Some ground under repair on the fairways but overall good condition. Nice layout with wide enough fairways for playability. Greens were in good shape. Staff was very friendly. Great practice facility. Bar at the end was also a good experience. I will play here again!
great in-town golf experience
Always enjoy playing this course when I can secure a spot on Golf Now. Course is in good shape and the pace of play again under 4 hours.
The girl at the pro shop was really nice and very helpful

Felt like a totally private course. Played in 3 hours 15 mins as a twosome. Friendly staff and very good conditions. We will be back.
Old school private course
Faiways and greens great shape after hurricane..has driving range/balls provided...large practice putting green...course layout great..definitley harder from back tees for intermediate player....booked on golf now!! just go!
Weathered the storm.
I play there because I had a free afternoon and I was close by. The course got pretty beat up from the hurricane, many trees down but looks like they've been doing a lot of work to clean it up. played pretty well, greens were in good shape they had no power inside but that wasn't an issue. The staff was terrific. Pleasant and helpful. It's not Bayhill but I played from the tips and it kept my interest. It wouldn't be a destination course for me but good enough to play every now and then.
Old style layout
Nice flat course. Greens were slow but rolled smooth. Heat index was very high and course didn't run a beverage cart and wouldn't allow coolers. I understand they want to make money, but a cooler for cooling towels wouldn't have hurt.

The course was in beautiful shape. The fairways were like green carpet, and the greens rolled well without any issues. Great place for the $$. Go play it!
Very Fun
Started off as one golfer. Several groups let me play though. BUt, then got caught up with two very nice ladies and finished out with them. It was fun.
Course and club is an old venue. I'm sure at one point that it top of line but it is dated. They need a facelift on the facilities and the course. They are doing maintenance on the course but it is dated and needs refreshed. That said, I would still recommend. It was a great day. Not another golfer that we saw on the course.
