Raccoon Creek Golf Course
About
The Raccoon Creek Golf Course is a public, 18-hole golf course in Littleton. It covers 7,045 yards from its longest tees and plays to a par of 72. The course has some difficult elements, such as elevation changes, but it is still beginner-friendly. Water hazards come into play on seventeen holes. The most difficult hole of the course, one of the most difficult in Colorado according to the Colorado Golf Associates, is the par-3 17th hole. The hole runs alongside a creek, the creek that the course is named after, and requires a shot over a portion of it to a very well protected green.

Want to play a round in 5+ Hours? Then play here.
If you dont mind slow play, 5 hour plus round, then Racoon Creek is a the track for you. I spoke to both the starter and ranger on the course the past few rounds about the slow play. I was told the owners/ management has decided to have tee times every 9 minutes. This allows them to get more people out on the course. They told me that although they have been getting a lot of complaints about the slow play players keep coming back, so management does not fell like they need to make a change. Both told me it is all about the money rather than player experience. As long as they keep having full tee times they will stick with the policy of 9 min tee times in order to make more money. I love to be on the course, but slow play makes golf not fun. I like this course however when a course tells me that a 5 hour round is ok with them I will have a much better experience playing on another course. There a plenty of nice courses in the area that care about my experience on the course.
Raccoon less Creek
Haven't seen one raccoon haha great course for all abilities 13 water feature and long fairways with very well kept greens. Beautiful flower work throughout the facilitty
Course is great, carts good shape clean no problems we would play more but we can’t get a tee time.
Not much to say everything about the place is terrific courses great friendly people in the restaurant food was good waitresses friendly you got a good thing going. Gary Capritta.
Disappointing.
Have been playing this course over the last 30 years plus.. was in bad condition for what they charge.. very disappointing..
Oversold T Times
Finished up just under 6 hours. Clearly overbooked. Expect better for $85
Serviceable.
Early season golf in the rockies. Hard to expect much. Course was hard and fast. Per usual, staff is grumpy and curt. Must be part of their new employee orientation.
Great course and Nice staff
I played as a single and got matched up with a great group of guys. The course was fun and challenging. The staff was super nice and the bar/club house was nice! The GPS on the carts was accurate. There was a cart / drink individual on the course too. It was a little windy but for April 1st golfing it was great! I would for sure play here again.
Poorly run course
Terrible pace of play and pro shop employees don’t care about there jobs. Booked a tee time and they were closed, didn’t even bother sending an email 30+ min drive for nothing.
Fun golf course, great staff
Raccoon Creek is fun, beautiful and in a casual atmosphere. They do have a restaurant and bar I’ll check out.
